I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Blaylock Automotive Group, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the door, Ryan and Heather were both friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect car.
They allowed me to test drive 3 different vehicles, look at the car history, etc. Very impressed with the way they do business, and they’re always looking out for you!

I would like to start off by saying this dealership is PHENOMENAL!! The people are down to earth, the atmosphere is great and it's just an overall excellent business. I would, without a doubt, 100% recommend anyone to buy from Blaylock Automotive. They strive to keep their customers satisfied! To be a used car lot, they sure do have some nice rides!!

I purchased a 2019 F-250 6.7 Powerstroke from Blaylock Automotive Group on May 3, 2024. First off, the owner, Ryan, refused to go with me for a test drive. I noticed the radio was not functioning properly, so I asked him about it. He reset it, and claimed it was fine (knowing it was not).
After only 3 WEEKS of owning this truck, problems started emerging. Radio system went out COMPLETELY, a coolant LEAK appeared, turbo-charger bearing went out, and all of the cameras stopped working. So I called, got a quote to fix the truck at the dealership for $1361.00. (Radio) and $4208.00 (Turbo-Charger).
Blaylock Automotive claimed they would take care of it, but then sent me a check for $200.00. After that, I have tried to call with no response numerous times. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND HEADACHE when you think about buying a vehicle from them. I have a beautiful newborn baby girl and all I wanted was a reliable vehicle. Turns out, I got the opposite. I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I understand people are in business to make money, because I am a small business owner myself. Honestly costs NOTHING. These people have not been honest with me, and have given me a bad experience. Even after I give them chances to make it right. Very dishonest.

I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 from Ryan and as others have said, he made the entire process extremely easy. The majority of our communication was via text over several days of back and forth and he was always very prompt and willing to answer all my questions and send additional pictures with no hesitation. When I could not get the payment where I needed it with a lender, he was happy to go to work for me with a no hassle, simple credit app and had exactly what I needed within an hour or two. When I was finally able to make the 2- and 1/2-hour journey to look at and drive it, the vehicle was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures. I found a small issue with the air vents, and he was more than happy to take care of it and explained exactly what repairs were made when I came back to pick the vehicle up. It was so nice to not have the dog and pony show that most larger dealerships put you through, and the 12 month, 12,000 powertrain warranty is more than I've ever gotten from any of those dealerships on a used vehicle, especially one that is 8 years old. If you're looking for a vehicle, you won't go wrong by giving Blaylock Automotive Group a chance to earn your business.

I just bought a 2015 Honda Pilot at Blaylock with a150k miles on it and my father in-law, who is into cars, says, if he didn't know better he would think the car had 10,000 miles on it. I drove down from Pittsburgh and Blaylock was very accommodating. They took the car to a mechanic of my choice to have the car independently inspected before I drove down. I showed up Saturday morning and Heather had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out, including my test drive, in 30 minutes. They weren't joking when they said the car had no rust on the frame and that it was in great condition. Thanks Blaylock!
