I highly recommend Billy's for your transmission repair. My transmission gave out while traveling and had it towed to Billy's. They went above and beyond to help me. He even drove me to the next town to get a rental car to get home. When I picked it up it ran just like like new. Drove 3 hours home with no problems whatsoever. Shifts perfectly. Can't recommend them enough.

First they told me it was the transmission computer, then it was the transmission. It took two months to fix it. They cost me the exhaust pipe. They didn't even weld it. Now the computer broke. It hasn't even been around for a year and now they say it has no warranty. I don't recommend it. this workshop

Ridiculous!!! They lied about having updated equipment, they kept my car a week. They advertise free estimates. I never got a free estimate.. I was told to pay the bill and pick up my car.. the car ran the exact same, and was filthy with greasy handprints.. BEWARE

I've been coming here since high school, billy and his son have always treated me fair, best prices didn't really you guys moved from high Point to Lexington buy anyways I drove because of loyalty, last visit I called and got a price on a clutch for a 350z I was told 500 on Friday, the car got dropped off Sunday night the car was done on Wednesday. Great and fast service only gripe the price was 643 not what I was quoted.

Billy and his team are extremely professional and courteous. I am from eastern NC and they were recommended to me from a friend. I brought them my transmission and they kept me updated throughout the entire process all while doing the work in a timely manner. Took a car to them and they diagnosed the issue completely wrong in the 2 mins that they had the car. Claimed to be the rear end and it was indeed the transmission. Went back to get the car and the owner locked up the place, left and had one of the guys in his shop to bring me back the deposit. Just say you didn't want to do the job instead of waste my time. DONT USE THIS TRANSMISSION SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Transmission

Terrible service. I went due to the reviews. They were lies. Six months they "worked" on switching an transmission. Not rebuilding, "just switching it" as he said... Marshall(the son ) will not take over 3 weeks. Just switch it out for the new I paid for from AutoZone.... Hassle after hassle 3 transmission ... These people will try to find a way to get any bit of money out of you. My car is in worse shape now than before. As the father said "I've been in business for over 40 years" and that's once his son can't handle business anymore and his daddy needs to step up for his goodolde son

brought our suburban for transmission slipping they charged about $3000 to rebuild took 2 weeks to get it back and started acting up the day we got it back so sent it back and when we asked if they would help with a rental car so we could continue our plans of vacation they said no after their mechanic messed up and its now going to be till monday 3 weeks in the shopService: Transmission
