Horrendous Customer Service had multiple employees just staring at us while we asked for a Cart to return our Bed , had to ask multiple Times and had a long wait young man upfront understandably could not just leave the front registers and no one else helped us with quite literally two other customers in the entire store Lady working in the Bed section was very rude and instead of getting us adequate change for our return from the safe or other registers , forced us to do a return on our credit card even though we paid cash , horrible customer service and Non Caring Staff

The store is messy...narrow isles with boxes of stuff everywhere, making it hard to navigate through. The staff are lovely and helpful, though, so I will keep returning :)

Special thanks to Ed at the Greensboro location. He went the extra mile for us. We now have a beautiful patio set, delivered promptly and carefully. The price was beautiful too.

I like big lots but I'm sure it's not for everyone. The store was a bit of a mess, but they have products I don't find everywhere, which is exactly what I like about it.

The staff is nice but this store is very unorganized. It's like hide and go seek in there. I dont like shopping here due to that but I do think this store can be better once they stock shelves in a better format and not have things scattered about.

Best and most abundant selection of Christmas decor they have ever had. Multitude of trees and ornaments. My sister spent $200. And my neice spent $600. Which included 2 trees. They have a lot to offer.
