Been a customer of Belk for 50 years. Shopped found clothes to purchase. I am a man and you have to checkout at the girls department. There is also a long line in the perfume department, I stood in line for 30 minutes. This Belk has no customer service anywhere. Sad day for Belk.

Terrible customer service before i could even get inside to shop. Once inside the CS didn't get any better. Word to the wise, don't go before closing, door may be locked 25min prior to closing. Save your time and gas and go to Winston Salem or Greensboro. Shop here as last resort.

Unfortunately what at once was a top rate destination now has appearance of a warehouse. Also labor trimmed beyond reasonable to provide appropriate service.

Customer service is awful. They would not accept a return of pants with the receipt and the items still having the tags and never used. They would only give store credit. Why would I want store credit somewhere there Policy is not to give refunds. I will take my business elsewhere.

Picked up a nice suit in a pinch at a fair price. Was happy with the customer service and the hospitable sales associate. Location is convenient to High Point and Greensboro.
