This branch is amazing!!! They literally go out of there way to take care of our needs everytime we go in here. The people who work there are great and know their stuff. This is definitely the only branch I want to do business with. I highly recommend them!

Take the extra drive to the BOA downtown...This one is a joke honestly.They have no one in it and they are still very slow.Downtown Boa always in and out quicker!Update:Just so you know... It took an hour and a half to send a wire transfer. My entire lunch break and then some. Completely unacceptable.

Slowest branch ever you can see 3, 4 workers but only one teller working and they are slow they take their time like they dont care if you are in a hurry. and i see there are other people having the same issue but i guess the people up there they dont care either about their customers

Absolutely worst banking experience I’ve ever had, and it’s every time I come to this branch. The employees are moody, late, and customer service clearly comes last with these guys. If you value your personal time I would stay far away from here. The management is worse than McDonald’s. Pathetic

Can't ever find drivr thru open. Hours are supposed to be 9 - 4. Went at 11:30, sign said closed.

They are always understaffed and slow. Usually three or four workers but only one teller working. Everyone else was walking around avoiding the customers. The manager was busy texting behind the teller line while the lobby was full of customers. Not impressed with this branch
