My best friend uses the ATM here to deposit his cash and checks in his Bank of America checking account in Greensboro, NC.

Time is money! Save your self time and money and bank elsewhere. This bank has zero customer service! They make it a hassle for you to withdraw funds and If I could give them zero stars for their pathetic service I would!

Is any ATM really secure? I don't know but it is easy to use and in clear view of the teller window.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this Bank of America location in downtown High Point. I've interacted with various folks here over a number of decades now, from help with my first home mortgage to investments. The people have been great. Most recently, I worked with Lineth Pena and she was wonderful. She was very nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. She's great at what she does. I wish there were more people like her. This is the only Bank of America in High Point that's open on Saturday.Compared to other Bank of America locations I've been to, mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, this location is perhaps the nicest and biggest. I believe I remember when this location opened and I want to say it was in the 90s, but I don't know for sure. I grew up going to the church next door, First Baptist Church, beginning in the 80s.

I would give this branch zero stars if that was an option. One teller. That's all they have. No drive thru tellers anymore, they want you to use the ATM now for everything. They do not care about customer service at all. Bank anywhere else. Anywhere.

Bank of America can never resolve my issues when I ask for help. This branch in particular was not able to conduct a transaction months ago, and as this is only my second visit, I was once again disappointed that both people with whom I spoke pushed me to someone else...teller to office worker, then office worker to customer service (which I tried first with no resolution). As there was "no one else who could" do what I needed, and it being close to closing, she would not attempt to help.

My experience at bank of America is excellent. Secure, fast, and perfect.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. My husband and I closed our accounts with this bank due to the bank constantly reorganizing our transactions to make our accounts overdrawn.I tried on several occasions to cash my check from a television show, and the tellers refused to cash it even though the check is drawn through this bank. It seems like the ATM’s will be replacing the tellers soon due to the sheer lack of competence displayed by the staff when it comes to doing anything besides running a piece of paper through a machine. Do better!

The customer service is sorry. This lady walked right past me and went to work behind the window to help a person that was after me. Make it make sense. Thank God I don’t live here.

We arrived early for our appointment and were seen right away. It was surprisingly not busy on a Saturday morning and everyone was very friendly!

Two bank tellers, one admin working in an office. Ten to twelve people are waiting in chairs for help. Twenty or more people are standing in line to see a teller—one guy in a shirt and jacket helping no one.Message from manager advising me what my option are in regards to banking on line. Called the 800 number, placed on hold. Got in my car drive 30 minutes to bank, stood in line while still on hold. Watched bank employee dressed in a blue blazer, slacks and a button up shirt walk around speaking to everyone but helping no one. Associate in her office with two people, busy with that couple the whole time I was there. Another woman employee in a dark business suit at the printer with the other two employees trying to operate a copier ?♀️?♀️. 8 to 10 people sitting in the chairs waiting on the one women to finish with the couple. Two tellers doing their best with the 20 or so people in line waiting to get served. My question is who was the guy wondering around the lobby in the blazer who helped no one?And by the way I had gone on the BOA website to do my transaction and it would not let me manage my account.

As I went to drop off paperwork requested by the bank, the lobby was empty. I spent 45 minutes waiting to talk to a banker. I noticed that 2 bankers were alone in their office clicking away with their mouse without acknowledging my presence or offering me why the delay in service. I would not recommend Bank of America for future business.

We ask the manager of Bank of America to choose the appropriate employee who is highly qualified in the profession so that he can deal with customers. Thank you
