Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “We purchaed a 2019 Silverado from Crescent Ford and it was very easy to work with the staff. I talked to Tabatha over the phone and we worked on an out the door price that we both agreed on. On Saturday we drove up to meet Clinton and we gave it a spin. The truck was in perfect condition and we went inside to make the purchase through Clinton. It was his first vehicle thst he sold and he done a great job. Kim took great care of us as she went through all the paperwork and finished it up in no time. But I love car parts and fixing cars and working on them so I'm going to wear the cheapest places but sometimes it's not always the quantity is the quality and if you want great quality and AutoZone is a place to go and that's why we choose to always go here. The staff is great from the management on down I would recommend this place to a friend or family any random person and even my enemy if they want to get the best quality car part around.”

He communicates, he pushes to make sure that the carriers are back on the road and working like the industry should. “I called 7 minutes before closing urgently needing a car battery. My vehicle, totally dead and parked in the very active right lane of the hwy, was half a mile down the road. I expected the the person who answered to be annoyed with me for calling last minute and try to deter me, but he didn't rush me or appear aggravated at all. He answered my questions quickly and provided right answers, so I headed over. The guys greeted me at the door and were super nice. The man who assisted me had the exact battery I needed right away and charged exactly what I was priced over the phone. Even better, the USED battery has a 6 month warranty! I didn't know that was even a thing. Employees rushed to help me load the battery in my friend's car, once I learned that they're actually super heavy. The whole thing took maybe 4 minutes. Still, it was an awesome shopping experience with a clean and up to date office, friendly and helpful staff, fair prices and policies, informative and fast service, toped with a lengthy warranty. People should definitely make them their go-to Salvage Yard. I know I have.”
