Extreme dis-satisfaction with product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We purchased a build your own sectional from The furniture store in our town. The product on display was fabulous but the actual furniture was garbage. We originally went with your brand because you were local. We paid over $6000 and waited for 6 months. When we finally received our purchase one of the attachment pieces was missing so had to wait longer for that, the cushions were not firm at all, and within less than a year there was a divot already formed on the chaise cushion not to mention the creaking of that piece when anyone gets off the couch. The so called "tough" "durable" fabric is worse than a tshirt. Having it for 2 1/2 years now it looks tired and old like the one we replaced. I don't know about you but a couch for over $6000 should last and remain in good shape for more than a year. It's like they stole my hard earned money with lying about the quality and product I would receive. When I was much younger just starting out I bought a couch from value city furniture (a low end store) that lasted longer than this garbage. I'm going to write reviews wherever I can and tell everyone I know about the sham these thrives are running. only reason foe a star is because it's required.

Terrible fabric quality, may as well buy Chinese products. After spending nearly $5,000 on a patio set that sits covered on a screened in porch, we expected the seat cushions to last more than 3 years. Braxton Culler’s response - one year warranty. ONE YEAR? Obviously not intended to last. We have another patio set that sits on our lower patio and it is 16 years old with the original cushion covers. We will never buy this brand again. By the way, read some of the other reviews and you’ll see a theme about the fabrics they use.

I purchased the Buckley swivel glider chair. It took 7 months to be delievered (delays due to Covid). The back of the chair is falling off and the armrest is coming apart. I contact Braxton Culler and they will not cover with warranty. They say it is "rough" use. The chair is in a sunroom that has not been used due to it being winter! I am disgusted with the customer service of Braxton Culler. Do not buy furniture from them if you are looking for something that will last longer than 6 months!

Our Braxton Culler sofa has rarely even been sat upon as it’s in a condo that we only use about 4 months out of the year and even then we don’t sit on it because we both have recliners. Today, when I leaned over to rearrange some throw pillows my knees rubbed up against the front of the seat cushions and they ripped. The fabric has rotted/deteriorated to the extent that just touching it results in more tears. This sofa is indoors, not anywhere near direct sunlight and in an apartment where the air conditioning is never turned completely off. I am furious.

On January, 2019, I purchased two arm chairs from a local store. When the Braxton Culler chairs arrived, the backs of the chairs were so poorly constructed, every time you sat in the chairs, they snagged your clothes. The store I purchased the chairs tried to rectify the situation to no avail. The store then ordered the same chairs again. When they arrived, the same issue..snagged clothing. The store then ordered two different chairs from Braxton Culler...they were worse! The only option I had was to take back the original chairs that snag clothing. I have written to Braxton Culler asking to have the situation rectified. NO response from Braxton Culler. Obviously, customer satisfaction is not valued at Braxton Culler.

Good selection, helpful not pushy staff. Not quite bargain priced but you pay for quality.

I ordered a sectional sofa with 3 accent pillows in June 2017. We’re very pleased with the sectional but not at all with the accent pillows. After a few months the pillows became badly misshapen. The center of each pillow was extremely overstuffed while the corners had no fill at all. Any attempt to push the stuffing was futile. After contacting the salesperson, Braxton Culler agreed to redo the pillows. I did send them back at my expense. They looked better when they returned them but a few months later, the same thing happened. Well, they were not willing to redo the pillows again and I had to pay a local company to do the job. It cost us about $100 for the 3 pillows but they look great now. By the way, Braxton Culler would not reimburse me for this.

I am writing and hope this gets to the manager of your store at
310 South Elm Street, High Point, NC.
I have been doing business with one of your employees by the
name of Barbara Rains Harper.
I do not think I have ever had such great satisfaction with
anyone I have ever done business with.
I was a bit afraid to order furniture from out of state, but I could
not be more pleased with Barbara"s service.
In turn I would not hesitate to buy anything from your store
and would recommend it to everyone I know who is interested
in purchasing furniture.
I only hope you recognize what a wonderful employee that
Barbara is.
A Very Pleased customer, Joan Rinehart Cotignola
Thank You, again Barbara
