I called to get a truck off our property, but they hung up before I could even request the tow. To make matters worse, the phone number posted at the lot on 1015 Porter Street is disconnected. This organization is completely unprofessional.

This is the sorriest excuse for a towing company I've ever tried to deal with . They are a AAA vendor that we waited 6 hours to pick up my truck with times getting moved back . Finally we called them where we were informed they wouldn't tow us until the next day . This is no way to do business and I will be addressing this company with AAA in the morning. You folks should find another line of work ! Never use them !

On March 18 2024 Geico contracted Arski to tow my car from High Point to Greensboro due to a blown motor. Two weeks later I called Hyundai to get a status on my car and they tell me " oh we has to put your spare on because your tire was shreaded". I say "who tire? There was nothing wrong with my tire" They proceed to tell me yes your rim was on the ground...yadda yadda yadda and sends me the third pic from the end. I call Arski and tell the person who answers the phone who I am and that my car was damaged during the tow and I needed the pics they took before the tow and this girl with her rude self tells me like I did the damaged to my car "oh I have to look for them and give you a call back" I say " oh okay, do you need the number?" And she has the nerve to say "ain't this the number you are calling from?" After hanging up and I'm on the phone with Geico to report the damage I kept getting a call from some number so I call the number Bach and it's Kendrick from Arski telling me "Oh I have been meaning to call you about the damage to your tire ( I'm thinking you have been meaning to call me for two weeks REALLY?) the driver was new and he ran over a piece of wood and didn't know to pull over." So I told him you had no intention of telling me about the damage to my car if Hyundai hadn't of told me I wouldn't have known. I then told him that when he was calling I was on the phone with Geico reporting the damage cause whoever that was that answered the phone was a rude nasty "B" who acted like I was the one who damaged my car. So he proceeds to tell me that they would rather not go through the insurance company that they could just buy a new tire at wholesale price to replace the damaged tire. And I told him that I would call him back. The next day I went to where my car was and took the rest of those pics, not only was the tire shredded on the inside and outside but the rim was bent as well. When I called back to speak to Kendrick because I had deleted his number the same gurl answered and I asked her to have him to call me and as I hung up I said talking about something else "ain't this a "b"?" and she proceeds to call me back and I didn't answer so she texts me "since I'm a "B" Kendrick will not be calling you back" So I tell her Geico will be calling you and I wasn't talking about you and she says you told Kendrick I was a "B" yesterday, so now you are a liar....next time say it with your chest I'm blocking you have a nice day. What in the world? Your people did $1,300 worth of damage to my vehicle and I am going to leave this review everywhere. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!!!

Best experience. Visiting in high point and got my car stuck. Driver was very carful with my car and had a good price compared to other places and gave me the option to send pictures for a quote! Highly recommend! And they work quick

Thank Yu Arski Towing. I Really appreciate your help today. This company is highly suggested. They are quick and careful. This company is a small company for a young man and his family 4 (wife and children). He's very subtle and professional and will work with Yu within reason. He is careful when hooking up and unhooking and has very reliable equipment. If he hadn't come through for me, I might have been pushing my vehicle 4 miles. If yur looking for a tow, make sure to call Arski Towing And Recovery ??❤️?????

Best tow truck driver I've ever met was there within 20 minutes took me where I needed to go and fee was amazing not expensive even gave him a great tip. I would definitely be saving this number in my phone to use over and over again when needed don't call anybody else call this guy awesome great job thank you.

Amazing Amazing service ! Called had AAA and they were on it super polite informative and really cared especially me traveling half way across country and not being from here ! Customer service goes a long way and I’m blessed they were able to save the night thank you and please utilize them you won’t regret it ask for Dennis or K great ppl !

Great pricing, my bolts were stuck on my tire but Ked (one of the workers) did really great with old tricks to get it right off with no damage or anything. Great business and a really good employee thank yall so much ?

I called AAA after experiencing a flat tire on the highway. Arski Towing responded. Rollback driver arrived within an hour and delivered my vehicle safely to my house. Driver was very professional and knowledgeable of his job role. Thank you, Arski and AAA!

Let me tell you something, if you looking for a towing that’s fast and inefficient, these are your guys!!!! And they super cool make you feel comfortable, professional.
