If you have an 0800 am delivery, don’t come early. The gate is closed and you have nowhere to turn around or even pull over. In my case it was still locked at 0730. If it’s locked, keep going on Prospect southwest ( Adams will be on you left ) for about 1 1/2 mile and there will be a dirt lot on the left at the bottom ( pass some kind of storage place ) where you can turn around. The road is narrow and a bit winding.

Paige the Owner the rudest person I have ever spoken with. August of 2020, my fiancée and I purchased a chair and ottoman from a local Furniture store. We knew it would be a while due to Covid. After about 4 months we started asking if there was an update. Come to find out the company we purchased the items from, purchased them from this company who purchases from Minhas. The company that makes the furniture. When my finance called A few mounts back, Paige was very rude. We were just trying to get an idea of how things were going because the gentle man we paid didn’t have any info for us. Last week I went on Minhas’s website to see there products. I didn’t find our furniture. My first thought was they stopped making this product. When I called Minhas today they said they still make it and it shouldn’t be a problem making this product. The lady at Minhas told me to call Paige to get a PO number which I assume is an order number but I’m not sure so she could check on our order. When Paige the manager at Adams answered and I told who what I needed she went on the defense. People around me could hear and were what is going on. I was so embarrassed I was blown away by the way she was speaking to me just because I ask for a PO number. She told me I was just a customer and shouldn’t have called Minhas. She rattled off more rude remarks but I was so set back by her attitude I can’t recall. My response was are you really talking to me like that? She said I just needed to get my money back from the man I purchased it from. She was already paid so she didn’t care. Over the course of seven months we called her three times. Today being the third. I understand why the gentleman I purchased through didn’t have updates. I am sure he is afraid to call her and ask any questions. I don’t care what quality she sales. She is very unprofessional and rude. Covid doesn’t make an excuse for rudeness or bad customer service. I will be getting my money back from the man I purchased from and ensuring any place I purchase form does not go through her.
