I have been working with Chris S. for the last couple of years, and am still blown away with the top-notch service I receive EVERY TIME I need help! Best. Customer. Service. Ever.I was in a bind because our school district told us to get the wrong car seat for the bus and we were scrambling to find a superstar car seat the day before school started and almost everywhere was sold out.I called Aces on a Friday after business hours expecting to leave a message to find out if they had superstar car seats in stock. Chris answered the phone even though it was after hours and took all my info so a seat could get shipped out the next business day. He was even kind enough to upgrade us to 2 day shipping.I would highly recommend them!
