Store is trash, employees, stock, etc just trash and it’s crazy to turn away people because you want to count your drawer that happened tonight and a couple of weeks ago I was told to “hurry up” for the same reason, they always have attitudes I always dread going in oh and the gas pumps tap and pay NEVER WORKS. I was so excited for this 7/11 and the people that work there just ruin it for me, never anything in stock especially the warm food, machine always broken and nasty and just the Attitudes why the Attitudes?!?

The so called Addis manager is rude she talked so disrespectful to my mother in law told her to get the hell out of her store cause my mother in law wanted her lottery ticket back she threw away

Best convience store in Jamestown. Im always greeted and the store continues to look brand new. The car wash is also really good. UPDATE.. Who runs this place? Its a joke now. Trash everywhere, not window cleaning fluid at the pumps ever. The employees are still great, some of the customers are real trash. Last time I went there i saw a guy with no shirt on and a pistol in his front pocket.

Walked in to get a bag of ice and needed some condiments because my brother didn't bring any mayonnaise for our sandwiches to have at the City Lake Park. I grabbed three small packs of mayonnaise and had them in my hand when I walked up to the register because I was going to ask the lady how much they were. Before I could even speak, she rudely asked me "why are you taking my condiments?" I mean if I was trying to steal them, why would I have them in my hands? She was rude and I asked if the store was hers and she said yes, she was the owner. She didn't apologize or anything when I stated that I was going to pay for them .. Unbelievable how people treat others nowadays..it's unbelievable that people in charge or who own places treat their customers nowadays. It was my first time going and I guarantee you I will never be back and I will let it be known how they operate

Every drink that I wanted from the big gulp machine was broken so I went to get tea out of their tea machine and the tea was soured and nasty, I very politely let the employee know that their tea was soured and with unnecessary attitude she said that's "why it's shut down!" so i informed her none of the drinks that were broken were listed as out of order nor was the tea machine.. she shrugged her shoulders like it ain't her problem..

The lady working the store was very RUDE...I've been in there several times and each time she's working she's NEVER pleasant. Very POOR customer service skills...and the store is NASTY especially where the fountain drink. You can't get by without stepping on cups/ trash.

I came here on the morning of 7/11 to get my free slurpee, the cashier working said that the promotion had ended at 7/10 midnight. I bought my slurpee and left but then after looking it up, i called back to let the person know and they insisted that the promotion was over and then caught an attitude. very rude service. how dare they.

Worst cashier ever.. after refusing my free slurpee on 7-11 because the promotion ended 7/10 at 1159pm supposedly she continued cussing and being rude.. I almost lost it..

The store on greensboro road has an extremely rude employee. They also falsy advertise theyre prices and will not honor the price the product is advertised. Absolutely do not recommend this location.

I live in the neighborhood and this usually is my go to store but after seeing how management allowed the employee to act out of emotions about a customer who wasn’t even worried about her was insane because she literally came out the store and walked towards the lady car as if she was trying to fight yelling cursing etc just making the business look bad over water being pushed down (got it all on video) and the customer was at her car the manager was doing what she was suppose to do, I called to get corporate number but of course I was refused but as a business owner myself I wouldn’t expect my employees to represent my business in such a tasteless manner regardless of the customer the manager was handling it, now had the customer shot the employee in self defense for walking up to her car then that would’ve been on 7-11 because in the video you can hear the young lady say “I don’t fight but I’ll toe tag a (blank) and wait for the cops to come too.” You can literally hear the employee yelling saying how she would body the lady in the video. I would like for someone in higher management to reach out to me and let me know where to send these videos too. Thanks!Ps: 7-11 get better workers because that one ain’t it

Everything I order from 7-Eleven was in my bag. My driver was nice and courteous.
