I checked my unit just like I do every month and when I opened it this time I discovered a lot of my items missing from my unit even though the lock was on it when I got there leading me to believe that this was an inside job because there’s no other way that they would have my code to enter the unit and the security is supposed to be top notch but the gates are never working and evidently the surveillance cameras don’t work either for someone to be able to enter someone else’s unit without permission I asked about that and they said only the Police Department can view the footage because it feeds directly to them if this was the case they should have been able to catch the culprits all they want to do is raise the price of the unit every month and screw the customer over beware of this company because it’s bottom of the barrel and your items won’t be safe at all whoever runs this place remember you reap what you sow and you’ll definitely get yours❌

I have been here for months the first two months was okay but after that my storage locks have been played with daily I always leave my code on 0000 when I leave and come my sht on all kind of numbers called and they tell me the camera works out there only the police can see it and to just make a report the next month after I had to put in a work order for my door looks like someone ran into or trying to brake in the whole side was open here it is 2 months later the door not fixed so someone helped me fix the door then yesterday I went my lock missing my door wide open all my stuff is exposed but my bill is going up to 119 I called to asked why because they need to fix a lot of things like the gate that I haven’t not used one time since I came here the gate is always opened I’m paying for something that’s not my fault or my business at this point called the police yesterday to report my what I have been going through 20 mins later still no cop so I left it was to hot outside and I had my family with me other than this I wouldn’t have a problem with them
