Very slow loading.4 hours to load.They don't want to work.Wasting time talking with each other.No check on loading team.Stay away from this place can't deliver on time.I hope management pay attention.

I purchased a $3000 sofa from this company and they are aware of the issues of balling up of the material. They said that I need to use a clothes shaver. Also, there are feathers coming through the furniture and they aren't willing to make any of this right. I just purchased this a year and a half ago and they claim there is a lifetime warranty. Stay away from it.
