I have used Wyke's Cleaners since 1975 and have always been pleased with their work. They are professional, polite, and friendly. I receive a monthly bill which is quite convenient. They also perform alterations.

They ruined 3 sweaters. Two were cashmere and one was cotton. The entire sleeve was torn out of the cotton one. The cashmere ones had multiple large holes. They told me they would pay to send them off (which the said was expensive) to see what caused the damage. I just wanted reimbursement for my sweaters. One was quite pricey. The woman that owns the place called and was extremely rude and even insinuated I had torn my sweaters. They did not even offer to reimburse the cleaning fee. I have always had small issues with them but this showed me that it was time to definitely switch to another dry cleaner.

They are absolutely terrible. They cannot get stains out of any shirts. They also messed up one of my shirts and pulled the threads in it and can no longer use it. You are better off going somewhere else a cleaner world is better than this place. I will never take another piece of clothing for this place again.Edit: The 2 items that I complained about are in fact the exact 2 items that I brought there in October of 2022.

I brought a summer cotton dress to be dry cleaned. I picked it up today and was charged $15.50 for ONE DRESS. I could almost buy a replacement for it for not much more. I dry cleaned it because I like it a lot and it was from Talbots. I told the very nice young girl to tell owners I will never ever be back. This is just in case she didn’t. Outrageous!

My family has used this place for years and years and to walk in this morning knowing they would be behind and wasn’t asking for any special treatment just due to a terrible unexpected emergency and tragedy could you help me by hemming a pair of pants. So the gentleman said let me check he went back and got some woman and instead of anywhere close to being nice or somewhat considerate her reply was as rude and ugly and unprofessional . So again I wasn’t asking for them to treat me any different because of a situation but it shouldn’t matter who or what or how far behind you are treat everyone the same. That is with kindness! So for that my family will do business else where and I would not recommend anyone take things there. Awfully rude woman

Wyke’s performed a miracle on my daughter’s wedding dress! We really thought it was beyond cleaning from the rain and mud on the bottom but they were able to clean it! Wonderful job and very professional!
