Literally just left and I’m so blown away by the rudeness that I just encountered. First off I was unaware that this business did not take Apple Pay and I didn’t have my debit card so I hit the help button so I could be told what to do for I had a line behind me. After hitting the help button more than once and no one coming to help I got out of my car and went in. Inside was a young girl I explained I didn’t know it didn’t take Apple Pay so I need to get out of line. Her response was we only take debit cards and I said I understand I need help getting out. So she got out and got the cars to back up. I parked because the real reason I was there was to cancel my partner’s membership. I’ve been with him before and that’s how he’s canceled before. It’s never been an issue. So I walked in and explained that I was there to cancel a membership. She hands me a paper and told me he needed to call a number to cancel. Nearly every time he’s canceled I’ve been with him and he’s never had to do that. And I told her that. I told her that he’s always done it that way. Her response, “um not at this location and I’ve worked here for a while and you’ve NEVER BEEN able to cancel in store” at this point I’m perplexed because it’s been done before at this location more than once. So at this point I step outside to call my partner. She runs out side and goes “um miss do you work here, do you work here?? Cause umm you can’t cancel instore” I had my partner on speaker and she speaks to him telling him the same thing and telling him I’m having an attitude when she was the one following me out the door going, “do you work here? Um no!” That’s unacceptable. I’ve been working retail management for several years and I would be appalled to know that one of my associates spoke to a customer in that fashion. Her inability to come help when the help button was pressed was bad enough but to follow a customer out the door in that fashion was too much. If policy had recently changed it could of been better explained and handled instead of just asking the customer over and over “do you work here” in a rude tone.

Service has dramatically gone downhill in the past year or so. They've gone from pre-rinsing the entire car before the wash, to only rinsing the driver side and now absolutely no pre-rinse at all. They want to just send you in, drop soap on the dirt covering the vehicle and start scrubbing... fantastic.

Awesome experience with this zips carcass. The employees was very friendly and helpful. I got my car wash and free. Vacuum. Vacuum got all the little twigs out of my carpet. They have a place to wash your mats for free also. I recommend Zips car wash to anyone who needs their cat wash and Vacuum. My cat look almost new again.

Car Wash is Sub par and upgrades are very expensive. Guy inside store was very rude and told me the restroom was "not for the public". Still used this place sometimes b4 this incident, for a quick wash when I wasn't able to go somewhere else but no more after the dismal service and attitude. Get a public restroom for your customers.

Beware..My 16 year old daughter went there to get a car wash and was scammed into a $45 a month membership by staff. .. After contacting them and telling them she never agreed to anything and requested her money back they told me they will not refund anything and there sales are final and no refund will be issued. No contract was signed and nothing can be provided by this company stating that she has agreed to anything. Don’t use this car wash and definitely don’t use a card. If you get scammed contact your bank and dispute the charge. Definitely contacting the better business bureau and a lawyer for a law suit! Seems hundreds have been scammed by this company!

Disappointed is an understatement. I went to the Zips today for a wash on my truck. When I got to the kiosk, I pulled out my cash to pay for my wash. The young man standing there advised me that they had went cashless and was only accepting cards. For me this was aggravating to start with (some of us still prefer to pay in cash). So after I paid, I asked the young man if they could wash my wheels good because they had a lot of brake dust. He said ok. I pulled to the start of the wash. I sat there for a few moments when young lady walked out. She directed me into the lane. There was no wash buckets on the sides and she never offered to pick up a nozzle to spray anything down! She just hit the button and off I went as if I was an inconvenience to her. I will be the first to admit, I didn't pay for the expensive wash, but geez show a little enthusiasm and take some pride in your work!! I will no longer be washing my vehicles at this location. I will happily drive across town and have my vehicles washed at Sam's Carwash. They actually act like they care and take pride in what they do.

I went to Zips on July 10,2023 for a car wash with ceramic coating. Iwa on my way to pick up a friend I hadn't seen in 14 years and my car had bird poop on it. While I was waiting in line, the carwash went down and I was told I would get a refund. After several weeks, I didn't get the refund so I went back after the horrific storm on August 7, and they let me go through and gave me a $25.00 carwash! They are great! Although, my wheels didn't get very clean, I appreciate them letting me go through and giving me an upgrade for my trouble. The dirtiest wheels are on the front and get a lot of brake dust.

Place has changed names and still hasn't replaced the brush at the end of the wash. No scratches but needs to be fixed. Other than that was is good and vacuums will suck the life out of a kitten.

Staff were really friendly and the facility and equipment worked really well. The vacuum hoses were really long and made it really easy for me to vacuum out my car. Vacuuming my car at home is a chore so being able to use their equipment is really nice and saves me time. Also, a shout out to Josh who was the staff member that helped me. He's really nice, professional, knowledgeable, and he was friendly while helping me. I hope his superiors know what a great worker they have. Love this place and will definitely come back again.P.S.The Vacuums are free!!!

Staff are friendly and I like that the vacuuming is free and rags to wipe your car down but the wash does not get all the soap off my car because soap gets under the cover over my windows. I didn't have this issue before ownership changed. There needs to be water spraying up, not just downward because there's places water gets trapped and doesn't come out with water only washing downward.

$15 car wash. Car wasn’t very clean afterwards so feels like a waste of money to me. Even the vacuums were janky. Handles kept falling off and suction was not the best. Not very much going for this car wash.*The car wash on 127 hickory is by far the best in the area. Also the one in lenoir if you’re in that area is great too.

I cancelled my services June 9, 2023, never received a confirmation. As of today, two different cards have been charged $40. No one is willing to help. I desperately needed my car cleaned and I had $10 in cash. I get there and was told they no longer accepted cash. I was blocked in by other cars and had to use my card instead of turning around and being an inconvenience on a busy day. I'm a single mother tight on cash. I have not used the services in 30+ days. the representatives are not willing to refund my money. I was unaware I had two accounts. Both accounts have been cancelled, still no refund, even after given the confirmation the account was cancelled. I see why they only take cards because they can charge you even after cancelling and get away with it.

We had purchased an offer online for the car wash, but unfortunately it was not working at the booth before entering. But Josh was kind enough and helped us get in without creating any hassle, making it a good experience. Thank you for a great service. I would recommend everyone to come here.

They charged me for the ultimate wash and they didn't even have the materials. When I asked them to refund my money and only charge me for a basic wash they denied it. Stay away from this place. Your car will get scratched and they will blame it on the place u bought the car from.
