Cashed an ee bond a week ago. I am not an account holder so I provided two forms of id as requested. The transaction was quick and easy with a very nice and professional black woman. I returned TODAY and the teller Carlos began to cash my bond then told me “they don’t do that here” as the manager instructed him. I showed him my receipt from a week ago (insisting they clearly DO do this) and he returned my bond to me and refused, telling me I need to go to my own bank (I have broad view which is not down here). I waited 20 mins for the manager to come from behind the counter (she was doing nothing back there) to explain to me the reason they cannot do my transaction. I was in here for an hour from 4:20 to 5:20 and nobody was ahead of me, they also locked me inside. The manager pulls me into her office and for some reason I need to plead with her just to DO THEIR JOB, she cannot provide any valid reason for denying me so she finally goes over to Carlos and cashes it for me. I am not one to ever pull the race card but I know for a fact it was because I myself am black. If I didn’t have my receipt from a prior transaction they wouldn’t have even helped me. Pitiful! Shame on the short round blonde manager

I went to open a savings account and they see to care less about you putting money in there bank. I wasn't trying to buy a house just open a savings account. There was a Hispanic family behind me also and told them to come back or make a appointment. When you work 12 hour days it's hard to find time to accommodate the bank. DONT YOU UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I GUESS I WILL GET A POINT AND LOSE MONEY TO OPEN A ACCOUNT. THANKS FOR HAVING BANKERS ON ?

I arrived at 4:59 PM and yes, it was last minute. They had already locked the doors and refused service, normally I wouldn’t care but I just sold my house and it was a rather large check. The lady told me that there’s no way they would have locked up early and that policy was to refuse service. She told me that the ATM was the best bet. The ATM spat out the check on the first attempt and the feeder wheels bent and left wheel marks on it. The ATM probably did this because of the large amount. She had no regard for my concerns, they probably don’t pay them enough to care and it shows.

Took my elderly mother who is on oxygen by there to make a deposit and she wanted to add myself and my brother to her accounts. Apparently there is only one person in the building that can handle account changes and even though she was there she was about to leave for lunch so they refused to assist my mother. My Mother does not get around well especially carrying an oxygen bottle but even though the person was still there they refused to help her without an appointment. I can see why Wells Fargo is having to close branches. Their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

One teller working inside on a Friday afternoon? What is this? Covid is over, get back to work. Take the freaking plastic shields down. This place is a joke.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to open an account but teller seemed like he was in a rush to get me out of there & didn’t help at all.

Dana Campbell assisted me with some particular documentation questions and needs. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and was patient with me the whole way through. Thanks Dana!

One of the most beautiful Wells Fargo that I've ever stepped foot in. The parking can be difficult if you can't find parking but morning time is usually not an issue. The space is huge and the tellers are helpful. I stopped by to do a deposit and was out in minutes. I'm just surprised that there aren't many Wells Fargo banks within the Longview/Hickory area.

This branch has been a complete mess for years. First off, it’s 2020 and they STILL don’t have a drive up ATM. The walk up ATM has been out of service more times than I can keep up with. The tellers rarely even acknowledge you at the drive through anymore. They just wait for the canister to be sent to them then ask “cash or deposit?” before sending it sailing back to you. To top it all off they gave my drivers license and debit card to someone in another lane once and I was lucky enough that this person eventually returned my cards to the branch.

I agree with the other reviews here - customer service is horrible. The service manager is not helpful at all - very nonchalant and lacking customer "service". Save yourself the stress/headache and don't visit this branch. I've never received service so poorly from Wells Fargo.
