What can I say about the pharmacy tech Jen… she was so helpful and knowledgeable about medication over the counter and even went out of her way to ask the pharmacy doctor what I needed. She also took her time and didn’t act like she was in a rush or rushing me with answering questions. Jen even ask if I was ready to check out that she’ll be happy to help me. Great job Jen for your hospitality and superb customer service.

Roa was a great help, incredibly thoughtful and kind. She greeted me on entering, pulled me to another register instead of having me wait longer, and she thoroughly bagged all my items. Phenomenal customer service on her part. Thank you!

The manager Darren is the biggest Jack A I have ever seen. I have no clue how he still works there or no one has reported him to ethics or HR or whatever. Every time I see an associate need his assistance he is always rude and disrespectful to the associates and customers. I'll drive 20 minutes out the way next time to avoid coming to his store for now on.

Worst of the worst when it comes to customer service at the pharmacy. I made it CLEAR to them that I have back issues and need to schedule a ride so that I can get medications. They then delete my stuff as if I never had a prescription called in to pick up to begin with. They refuse to pronounce my name correctly on top of that when I clearly told them my name several times in a matter of minutes. Never again at this location. Management doesn’t care, they go out of their way to make you feel rushed from beginning to end.

Need to learn to treat people with respect. Treated like a criminal for picking up my prescription! God bless anybody that has any meds that require an ID. Immediately judged!

Christine the pharmacy manager was very informative and understanding there was some technical issues with some billing issues and Christine jumped right in and handled the issue very professional and understanding today and handled all of my issues in a timely and understanding manner , she handled all my questions and concerns and treated me with common courtesy she deserves her position and her ethical behavior and mannerism is very much appreciated and I was pleased with my visit and communication with Christine directly today on 2/4 /23 she deserves a raise or a lunch gift card or something because in todays time you don’t find exceptional service anymore and Christine was exceptional she deserves to be recognized and awarded with something from her company , thanks Christine it was a pleasure working with you today maam

Do not use. Poor service and poor planningInitially went to get a Covid shot and was told they do not enter the patient data at the site and that it has to be scheduled online so… Went home and scheduled for an hour later then went back to the store and was checked in on timeNow half an hour later there are 5 people checked in and waiting on there shots as am I.Still no shot!Go to CVS instead

Great Pharmacy! I was concerned about getting a Colonoscopy which was scheduled for me, and Leslay Davis who works in the pharmacy comforted me by explaining in detail what I was going to experience. She really put my mind at ease. Thank you Thank you Thank you!?

Don't bother filling a prescription here. I have tried for the last 2 weeks after having to change pharmacies due to insurance. Nobody can tell me or explain to me why my prescription can't be filled. Nobody knows what is going on everytime I call. It took me calling my insurance company and neurologist to figure out the issue. Then when I call them back to tell them what I know they tell me we already know that. (Then why didnt you tell me when I called). However, we don't have your new prescription. Then I've spent the last 6 hours trying to get a new prescription sent to them which they tell me they have yet to receive. Every time I call them they don't answer now and I still don't have my meds.
