I was with a friend that dropped off his phone to have the screen replaced to retrieve sentimental photos and was told it could be repaired with the new screen he brought in and when we returned to get his phone back they had taken parts off of his phone and tried to keep the valuables as if he would not notice. These guys will SCAM you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE there. They will keep the valuables from your phone for parts and give you back the junk. UNBELIEVABLE. You should have seen the number of parts they had to hand back to him after he escalated the situation. If you can't repair the phone, don't take things off of it. It's not your property.UPDATE- He just figured out that they replaced the battery with a different one after taking it to another cell phone repair. The phone has since been repaired, and he had to pay for parts to be put back in the phone that were stolen! They just couldn't do the job and tried to steal parts to make up for the time they spent trying to figure it out.

I brought my sister to the mall to get her battery replaced on her iPhone XR. Once the battery was replaced, the phone functioned for about nine hours after the replacement. After that the Face ID was unavailable due to it, saying that there was a problem with the true depth sensor. When I tried to call and speak to one of the service people at the store, they told me that they didn’t have to touch the camera in order to replace the battery The camera is attached to the screen of the phone which the screen needs to be removed in order to. They are refusing to admit fault to the damage device and accused me of lying. I will be taking Cellaxs to court to recover the damages. I do not recommend ever going to these Indian Ching, Ching, cell phone repair stores.

I paid $400 to get my phone fixed I get home the screen is popping off and it won’t turn on and they don’t answer their phone honestly find someone who knows what they are doing
