I came into the store with a billing question and received the worst customer service from the agent I was working with. She was dismissive, raised her voice at me, and would offer no suggestion other than to call customer service. I tried to show her the billing issue on my phone and all she repeated was to call customer service. She did not acknowledge any of my questions and I would not recommend visiting this location for help.

Won't be going back here. Had an issue hooking my phone up to my car. Came to look for a phone cord. An employee approached me and said my phone was the problem, and since I had insurance, I could get it fixed in Mooresville that's an hour away. I asked about a new phone. I would have to pay mine off and pay $99 on top of that. I would also have to switch to a higher plan for the same phone. All he wanted was the sale. I sat and waited for a salesperson. A young lady came over to help me. She investigated and asked if I updated my phone because there was a glitch with the new update. She told me to wait until they fixed the update, and I didn't need a new phone. She was right. You can always tell a scammed when you see one. I knew something wasn't right

So I don’t see what the point of setting appointments is, if you have to go in and wait to see someone. But I guess you know some people take longer than others. I get that, but then what’s most disappointing is when I think it’s the Manager or somebody that was wearing a red sweater Sounds like making fun of peoples names that she can’t pronounce correctly. When I heard that I asked a guy to catch my appointment and I walked out to me. It’s never OK to make fun of someone’s name because you are not literate in different cultures. Especially when she was doing it in front of another customer with another team member standing right beside her. Sounds to me like Verizon provide culture training for their employees. Definitely not the way to grow your business, seeing as how minorities and people from different cultures and backgrounds. Make up such a huge part of sales, not only in the US around the world. Very disappointed.

Buyer be ware. They scam you. They told us if one of us purchased a IPhone 16 plus we would receive another 16 plus free. That isn’t true. We are having to pay for both of our phones. They also added another 2 additional lines that we are having to pay for. On top of all that they said we didn’t have insurance and we did. So we had to buy a phone when we list ours.

I will never do business with Verizon again. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. However, if you decide to do business with Verizon, I'd reccomend Lauren at the hwy 70 store. She is super kind, understanding, and overall a pleasure. She was able to help me get out of my misery that has been Verizon for 3 weeks of calling to receive assistance from their 1-888 or 1-800 numbers. I kept getting transferred, hung up on, or put on hold for extended periods at a time. I wasted SO many hours trying to get my issues resolved that I ultimately decided to switch my business account to T-Mobile. I'm so glad I walked in today and was greeted by Lauren. She was able to document my returns and print my return labels. I appreciate her taking the time to listen to me and meet my needs. It took a while, but I'm glad I will no longer deal with this horrible company! And don't get me started on the constant increases on my bill.

After reading the reviews I wish I had got Lauren when I called in. Patrick and Joshua were absolutely no help and very poor customer communications. Patrick said I could just call the 611 number and ask my questions. Joshua stepped in as an Asst. Manager and said the store manager was very busy and had “no system in process for her to return my phone call”. Is this the Verizon store?

Going to Verizon is worse than going to a used care dealership. They constantly try to up sell unnecessary stuff. The salesperson couldn't even tell me the total monthly cost, only the price before fees/taxes. Its insane verizon expects you to pay for something without knowing the total price.

Waited for 15 minutes, watched 4 people stock 1 wall and ignore my girlfriend as she asked how much longer before someone got to her.

I avoid the Verizon store like the plague even though I have been a customer for 14 years and their phone service is unmatched. However, this time I was helped by Patrick and had a great experience. He treated us like family.

Joshua, the manager, was so helpful and quickly resolved the issue I was having with my phone. I was anxious about coming in due to dreading a long wait but he was friendly and efficient.

This place fixed my problem very quickly.
We are from Daytona Beach. Fla.. Our Verizon here sells phones but tells you to call tech coach. If you have anything wrong. Not at all happy with that.
