Lauren was exceptionally helpful! She went above and beyond to help me with my situation! From start to finish she was very knowledgeable and very friendly! I would recommend anyone going to Verizon in Hickory, NC work with her! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Lauren!

Going to Verizon is worse than going to a used care dealership. They constantly try to up sell unnecessary stuff. The salesperson couldn't even tell me the total monthly cost, only the price before fees/taxes. Its insane verizon expects you to pay for something without knowing the total price.

I avoid the Verizon store like the plague even though I have been a customer for 14 years and their phone service is unmatched. However, this time I was helped by Patrick and had a great experience. He treated us like family.

Joshua, the manager, was so helpful and quickly resolved the issue I was having with my phone. I was anxious about coming in due to dreading a long wait but he was friendly and efficient.

This place fixed my problem very quickly.
We are from Daytona Beach. Fla.. Our Verizon here sells phones but tells you to call tech coach. If you have anything wrong. Not at all happy with that.

This is the absolute worst phone store I have ever been to. They will lie and steal your money. I just not got my 300 dollars back they have owed me for 2 years! The customer service is a joke here and on the phone. They are extremely rude and never do their job or what they say they will do. I was sold 5g phones and 5g service that they assured me worked at my address. Guess what.. we don't even have 5g towers here. So for 2 years we've been stuck paying on phones and service that doesn't work. I had enough and decided to switch services. I now have 2 phones I owe 500 dollars on that dont even work. What makes it even better is I had to block my number to try and pay off my remaining balance because you can't call Verizon unless you have service with them. It even locked me out of the app which my bank card was attached to for auto pay. I had no way to remove it, so I had to call with my number blocked to get through to someone on the customer service number. There I was told no one would call me back because I'm not a Verizon customer anymore. This is why lawsuits happen.

I have had horrible experiences at this store so many times. I hate to go to this home store. I now need some more help but am not going to this store unless I desperately have to. All of the store employees and managers need to be replaced. And seeing all these bad reviews you would think Verizon would have already done a investigation into this store. Fire them ALL. Also the last time we went my husband did a review and Patrick got upset and told us we rating him bad. So then he wouldn't help us. Horrible store. Please do something so I can have a great experience in my hometown.

I went to this store to get a phone case. I walked in and nobody greeted me. They all looked busy. I walked up to the cell phone cases. I looked for about 5 to 7 minutes. No one came to check on me. I then looked around and noticed 2 agents helping one customer. I walked up and asked if I could get some prices on the cases. One said he would be with me. I went back to the cases and waited another 10 to 12 minutes. No one came. Then a new customer walks in the store. One of the 2 agents walks up to him and says "How may I help you today" That was it. I walked up to the other agent and stated "I don't need a case bad enough to get ignored and by passed. If you want good customer service go to Spectrum like I did !
