Slow and act like thay are the customers I would say they treat you like your stupid I paid over 12 ,00 dollars for a phone had to go up 3 times for two to three hours and spent 17 hours on the phone just to get the phone to work right never up grade your phone they don’t even need one star

The greeter, was a jerk.i arrived 30 minutes after opening, and was told I would have an hour or so wait, I was there to get a new phone for my husband. The greeter told me, my husband's phone was Out dated ! And we needed a New Better style phone. And our plan needed to updated. I had enough and left the store!!! I went to the store in viewmont, and was greeted with Respect, I will Not Return to this store, if I don't have to.

This one is for Curtis and Verizon.Why do I need the show ID I've been with this company going on 11 years. Never once have I ever had to show ID coming into a store. But the day I decide to upgrade my daughter's phone. Not just me happened to show ID but me and my wife I refused. Then you say I could be afraid. What is my ID gonna tell you if I'm afraid or not? It's stupid I am looking for a new Carrier. And for Verizon if you want to make it right. Stop the, let me see your ID it's pointless.Now I got to figure out another way to upgrade my daughter's phone.

Get the run around on the phone go to the store and get told they couldn't do anything that I had to call the customer service again. Makes no sense why you have to verify that you are who you are over the phone when something like that should be done in person. Do better!!!

Worst customer service ever salesperson walked out to lunch and left us standing there someone else came and said oh he forgot to put the SIM card in and then we finally got that done we went home and try to use the phone it wouldn't work had to swap some cards into old phone just to be able to make a phone call going to try again tomorrow to get phone working

The store seems to be ok. My issue is with their service. It has gotten horrendous in the Hickory area. Several of the busiest, most trafficked areas have zero coverage. That includes the very busy target shopping center and the mall. I am constantly running into "dead" zones throughout the entire area. If you pull up their coverage map it shows all of these areas in "nationwide 5g", which is clearly very inaccurate. Iphone 14 Pro Max but experienced the same with my 13 pro max and my samsung ultra.

Over the years I have been a Verizon customer, this company has completely gone into the toilet! You cannot get help when you call their main number, because the AI responding is so stupid ("I don't get that. ") that it never responds appropriately. When you do get a live person, the representative does not help, often makes your problem worse and I have even had a two go into my phone and mess things up. Almost always, the agent twists the call into trying to sell something. When I called tech support about my poor signal, the agent lied, saying upgrading my phone to 5G would fix the problem. I am a disabled veteran, living in a rural setting. I have medical issues that make having an adequate signal essential in the event of a medical crisis - yet Verizon refuses to make it right!!! I seriously warn you to avoid doing business with this company, where every policy is built around greed, as opposed to customer service!

In my own opinion - with having worked for Verizon for over a year, they provide excellent employee perks and benefits. Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.
