The manager was so patient with the new employee. She helped me with my water bill that had to get there by August 1. They have a cute dog too.

If I could give a negative star I would. Rude, unprofessional staff who overcharged for a fax they couldn't even send. Ripped my original paperwork and was very unapologetic. All she cared about was having her food for lunch instead of having polite customer service. Do not go here! Go to the one on 321...much nicer people.

Went to send a fax to the IRS. I was waited on promptly. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The employees are great and very helpful when it comes to packaging and handling a product when I need to ship it. UPS also has top quality delivery that constantly tracks my package and let's me know where it is at.

I’m sad that I need to do this, truly I am. This is my fourth time I have used this UPS location to return items I purchased on Amazon Prime. When I walked in I was the only customer. There were four employees just huddled together chatting…maybe break time. It took 45 minutes to complete my return. That was about the same lengthy time as each time I’ve been there before
. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
They couldn’t get a WI-FI connection. Then when they finally did it was using an employee s hot spot on there phone that they had to use. !!!??? This has happened FOUR times now. Three of the employees tried to help over the 45 minutes.
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED, PLEASE!!!

Services and how fast they respond to when I bring my packages in. They are very polite when you walk in they will help you with your packages and mailings you may have and print off my tracking for my packages they also have a wide selection of other things in the store that anyone can use just ask the front desk and they will help you guide anyone.
