Me and my husband needed some last minute business cards, and other things for an event we were doing.
Cecilia went out of her way to help us and excel at the task we asked from her.
I was blown away at the amazing customer service, and also her work is amazing as well!
We will be getting all of our signs, business cards, etc. from here from now on. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

Went to have flyers made , couldn’t be anymore happier the way they turned out. Went in got them done an printed the same day she works pretty fast. Came out perfect an at very reasonable price, will return in the future.

The team is a fantastic group of people with an outstanding leadership team. Every time I visit to check a mailbox or ship a package, they greet me with a friendly smile and positive attitude. My daycare teacher wanted an oversized picture of the Disney castle to put on our bulletin board. So we got in touch with the UPS office in Hickory 321. Chrystal did an AWESOME job for us. We are extremely happy with the finished picture. Plus the children in our room absolutely love it. Thank you again for making our room so much brighter.

This UPS store already is my go to due to their location, but Ms. Cecilia Nolf made my most recent experience here five star. Made what usually is a 20 minute trip 5 minutes and did so while being friendly and fun.
