“I stopped in because my spare tire wasn’t mounted on the back of my Jeep and I physically couldn’t lift it myself. I had also been told I might need a conversion kit, so I wasn’t even sure if it could be installed.
The guys there immediately took care of it for me, checked everything, and put the spare on without any problem and as it turns out I didn’t even need the kit. They were so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything even when I offered to pay them. They just helped me because they could. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. Huge thank you to Matt and the rest of the team. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs tire work”

“Came from Asheville as they had a set of tires I wanted for my jeep. Held the tires for me over the weekend until I could get down the mountain to them. Got me in for a mount and balance and install with 0 wait time, the guys in the shop were very fast, friendly, and accommodating as I initially misheard the original quote for the set. They were willing to work with what I had as they didn't want me driving off with dry rotted tires on a new-ish vehicle. Would highly recommend even to those that don't live in Hickory. Worth the 1hr 30min drive down and would do it again.”

“These guys are amazing. We had a brake seize up while driving back to Florida and had to stop on a Saturday afternoon. These guys were so awesome, he went to the part store for parts, fixed it in their parking lot and had us back on the road in less 3 hours. Good mechanics are hard to find, but not in hickory. These are the guys.”

“Wemt in today for an allignment and brakes. Told about an hour. They had it done in 45 minutes.. the speed was incredible, skilled technicians and mechanics! Car runs better than it did whem brought in. Highly recommend it. Mechanic who did it was james and Joie the store manager was amazing and kept communication and updates to let me know what was happening!
