“32' Class C RV motorhome blew a tire on the highway on a Sunday afternoon. They immediately answered the call when so many others wouldn't pick up. Told them our situation and he said his technician was already on his way. Technician was prompt and professional. Showed up on time and got to work right away jacking up our 15,000 pound RV on the shoulder of 70mph traffic in 90 degree July heat. A+ service, would recommend.
If you ever see roadside service assisting motorists on the side of the road, please move over into the other lane. It could save a life.”

Also alerted me that my one rear tire had been eaten up from bad struts. I knew something was going on in that tire but had no idea it was struts. “Efficient, professional service. As a statewide franchise, Black’s offers professional assistance with most all auto needs. We have utilized the Southern Pines location for auto service. I’ve chosen to purchase tires at Black’s so that warranty and routine maintenance can be done at their statewide locations.
** Having said this: 48 hours later, my tire pressure monitor showed a low pressure in the left rear tire. Living 90 minutes from Black’s Tire- Hickory; I was forced to visit a local tire shop. They kindly examined the tire, noted a faulty valve core and replaced it- no charge! In contacting Black’s; I was told the valves were replaced with new tires. Since there was no charge, all was settled, but it gives pause to buying tires at a location far from home.”
