I have loved this company for many years and I am happy to report they are still excellent. Landon was wonderful in helping me find the mattress that I have ordered in the past and helping set up a delivery date. Israel and Levi, the delivery people were polite, friendly and professional, carefully replacing my mattresses. The mattresses themselves are still comfortable and reasonably priced. That you Original Mattress Company for making a quality product!

The Original Mattress Factory is wonderful! Their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to their competitors, and the manager was super helpful and kind, not pushy at all. Their delivery process was seamless, too.

I originally bought a mattress where the service was great! I called back about a problem I'm experiencing with that mattress. Again, the service was excellent. I'm waiting to see if follow through will be as good as everything else has been. Fingers crossed ?

This is our second purchase. The one we sleep on now is almost 13 yrs old. It was past time to replace the mattress. We have been very satisfied with the pillows also!

Best mattress! Also made locally in Charlotte, NC! That's what I'm talking about!!! Seriously, we bought a new queen mattress and we absolutely love it. Also didn't spend a fortune on it!!! You will NOT be disappointed!
