I just called the online number because i am locked out of my account. "Erika" answered the phone with a sigh.... she was very rude and snappy and I kept respectful the whole time which I should not have. Overall very disappointed.

Savannah Clark is the best! She was extremely patient and went over and beyond to address all of my questions/concerns. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Pleasant experience with knowledgeable, friendly, and patient customer service via Savannah Clark!

The best bank since 2007. I never had problems them cuz the staff is very helpful fun to talk to. But I really didnt like their drive thru cuz it took me like almost an hour siting in my car on a hot day since covid 19
