After I give this review You will see the standard response from Springs Rd Animal hospital. Took my dog there three times in the last two months. They treated my dog twice for ear issues charge me for two different visits and also had another check up visit to see if his ears were better and they were. But he was also checked out for his skin an allergy. The veterinarian Recommended that I get the newer kind of medicine for his allergies . If I remember correctly The new kind of medicine they recommend was about $30 more than the alternative of prednisone. He took all the more expensive medicine and it did not work at all. They gave me a spray that seems to help, but when I run out of spray I called to see if I could buy some more and that was not a problem with .
When I went to their office to pick my spray and asked if I can buy the prednisone because the more expensive medicine that was recommended and purchased from them did not work. I was told I have to schedule a visit To get the prednisone. If I remember correctly, they quoted the prednisone on the second or third visit at 10 no more than $20 but now I have to pay another visitation fee to so they can sell me the prednisone that will probably help my dog more than expensive one they recommend. I took my dog to Springs Rd Animal hospital to support my local businesses. The hospital is not far from my home. Guess it just isn’t gonna work out. Highly recommend you try somewhere else first.
As you can see Springs rd animal that they don’t care if they lose a customer. You would think they would care more to Al least try to reach out to a unsatisfied customer, but instead the give you the corporate answer of sorry we couldn’t help.
THATS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT SPRINGS TD ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

It was a pretty quick experience, price was average it was really quiet for it being a hospital. Loved how they were really friendly and my dog ate it up. Keep up the great job.

My 11 year old Australian Shepherd was having some health issues. I called several vets around town and some were as much as 3 weeks to get an appointment. I called SRAH and got an apt. I was treated with the best care from the time I walked in the door with Lauren. Then I was with the Tech who was Ashley, she took some much time and consideration with my dog, you would think it was her own. Then came Sara the doctor. Very kind young lady, that explained what the issues with my pet, and what the options were. Which I liked most. Every place I've ever been in the past. They did what they wanted to do, gave you a bill and said have a good day. Here you have a choice in treatment and the staff is outstanding. 5 Stars SRAH

I brought my cat in because she was limping. They did an ortho exam, took her temp and trimmed her nails. I explained on the phone that the limping eased for awhile but came back full force this week and I was checking her nails today and saw blood. I don’t know how they didn’t find it when trimming her nails or examining her last time. The person on the phone said I should’ve called sooner, like it was somehow my fault. So I’ve decided to find another vet office. When someone is concerned about a pet, they shouldn’t be made to feel it’s their fault when the problem was missed by them in the first place.

Did a great job on my dogs surgery and does a great job on general care. I came here years ago and was dissatisfied but I'm very pleased now.

I am thankful that they were able to get Loki in on such short notice. Thankfully, he is doing much better, thanks to the prescription food ordered for him.

First time visiting this animal hospital and it was a great experience. Here is a very amazing, and caring team of vets!! I was nervous taking my kitty to a new place but they immediately made me AND MY CAT feel comfortable. I love this place. Dr. Ledain is VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and also very kind. Thank you for taking care of my kitty!
