I have always had an amazing experience at SportClips of Viewmont! The Stylist are all amazing, they treat you with the most respect and make sure you leave there satisfied. They specialize in Men’s Haircuts but I have never had an issue with any of them not being able to do a haircut, and if one can not do it they will see if someone else can and helps another stylist out. I will definitely go to SportClips for a haircut, hot towel and hair wash. I have never had one bad experience. I have been getting my hair cut by Heather for 12 years at Sportclips whether it was at Hickory, Morganton, and Denver and she has ALWAYS does an AMAZING job. The other stylist are also amazing and will start up conversations with their clients and even if they are having a bad day they always treat you with the kindness and respect you deserve!

Second bad experience at a sport clips in Hickory. I entered the store, was not greeted, and was passed on by other customers several times. Not a single associate spoke to me during my 30 minute wait. I went to great clips right next door and was immediately checked in. I won’t be using a sport clips ever again.

Friendly and clean but terrible overpriced cut. The line on the back of the neck was crooked and the part was an inch over from where it started. Don’t waste your money here.

completly dissatisfied with my haircut from this shop...forced to give a tip when paying but they failed to make sure i was happy with my cut from the rear view and she left hair on my sideburns...stay away from here if you like looking your best...they dont care.

It was easy to schedule appointments for my fiancé and son via the app for last minute haircuts when they learned their normal barber was closed for the day. Both agreed customer service was good, but neither understood the price for their simple haircuts that they typically pay $20 total for at the barber and neither were fond of the “pamper” session aka massage — fiancé actually wished he was asked if he wanted one due to it making him feel uncomfortable (just not his thing ??♀️).

No longer a great place. They skipped me for someone they knew by name as though I didn’t exist. It’s bad enough they charge $25 a cut whether you get shampoo or not, but I’m just disappointed that they just don’t seem to care anymore whether a customer feels respected.
