I've got a couple of people I want to acknowledge because I work in the service industry and I know how good it feels to get recognized. First the guy on the phone Dlast was so helpful and super nice guy. Then my technician Mike (I wish I knew his last name) was also super helpful and made sure that the job was done and done right. Thank you to both of you I hope you guys get raises you deserve it.

STATESVILLE IS SO MUCH BETTER!!! The store manager at hickory location is so rude and Disrespectful. Her name is Candice I believe. I’m not sure how she ended up store manager but she lost 4 more loyal customers today. 5 including myself..you know, With me being a manager myself. I just don’t believe how disrespected I was by her. From the get go she had an attitude with me. she thinks she’s better than anyone else there and that’s not how you go about anything in life and that’s how you lose Loyal customers, and every time I go in this store she has an attitude with all the customers. It’s Crazy how someone like her can be top store manager. she needs to go through a Customer Service class again and be fired or Moved back as a associate not a store manager because that store will Go down hill with her being there because I’m truly telling you she will continue losing loyal customers by her attitude and Employees. every time I go in there’s new people. it’s a shame.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.. Worst place to ever go.. the store manager is Rude. She basically told me to Go Screw myself that She couldn’t help me with my issue with Spectrum.. and it was one of there associates that messed up and told me she couldn’t fix what he messed up... She does not need to be a store manager. She treated me like Absolute Garbage. I myself am a manager and I just don’t think she deserves to be a manager. How do you have Business with someone that treats you like that..that’s why They don’t have much business… that’s why they have new associates every time you go in there because of the store manager.. I left this company because of her.. she’s losing customers i promise you that.. I will not spend my money with this place I don’t care if I go Without a phone. I will not ever go back to that store. I’m disappointed with spectrum of having her there. STATESVILLE spectrum store Is Wayyyy better and That fixed my problem within 30 minutes just goes to show how much that store manager at Hickory cares… SMH

Austin was so helpful and patient. I was on hold multiple times for a total of 2 hours with my previous cell phone provider, and he provided me support the entire time and answered any questions I had. Definitely made the very difficult situation a lot better.
