You get what you pay for, and there is a reason they are so cheap, they are trash. Reception is the worst, and customer service is horrible. Pay more and go to Verizon, they at least work

Im surprised this company can't keep this place fully staffed .3 people working is what you mainly see everyday. The wait has always been over 1 hour any time of day. Showed up at 10:30 with 4 people ahead of me, it's now past 11:30 and still 4 people ahead of me. Not the firts time I come in to fix a problem with equipment. I figure that after a year they would have fixed this problem.

When I went last week, I only wanted to drop off access cables that we had from our kit. 7 people waiting inside. One sale person was working with person, already. So I left the cable on the window sill.

Been having problems ever since they went to digital. Now they have that early warning system when there is a storm . But my TV just goes black and I have to turn it off then back on . Poor poor poor.

The service is as poor as the Internet Service is. Glad Verizon, StarLink, Lumos, and AT&T Fiber are great alternatives.

Y'all can get a 1 star.... With everyone you have in the waiting line, don't have enough coverage. Step it up on your customer service. Improvements should happen just so you don't have customers leaving your services.

Have nothing bad to say about the workers in the store. But the phone service is horrible and the customer service for spectrum over the phone is the worst I ever dealt with. I will not be keeping this phone service long and would not recommend. WiFi works perfectly but do not get phones from spectrum.
