I just saw the most discusting customer service experience to an olderly customer. It is so shameful that sales associates talk to our elderly like that The customer walked out and said they were going back to Lowe's ? I would never want my parent or grandparent to be treated in that way. Negative vibes!

I needed to match a kitchen cabinet color from another paint company and the paint was 17 years old. I took one of the kitchen drawers in and they matched it perfectly with their paint color. Very pleased with the experience at the Hickory, NC store
