This is absolutely the most filthy, disgusting Sheetz I have been to in a very long time. We stop here a lot as this is the halfway point between Charlotte and Asheville and we supercharge at the Tesla Superchargers. The bathrooms in this store are absolutely disgusting and there are always methheads and drug addicts shooting up either in the trees behind the store or in the back behind the dumpsters. The mens bathroom has caked urine on the urinals, dirty walls, trash everywhere, the sinks and counters are nasty and there is never any toilet paper in either the womens or mens bathroom stalls. You should be ashamed to have the Sheetz brand on this store.

The loud music at night is really horrible for me as a truck driver who needed a quiet night sleep. I called the store and was informed the volume was set by corporate and also controlled by corporate. Please allow the store clerks access to the volume control.. The music selection is also really poor.. A big shame on you!!!

Sheetz is very casual, but the lunch was excellent. It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcomed our 18 month old.

Order over $30 of food and received the food ice cold took the food back in and had it remade got the food and it was so salty you couldn't even eat it, their was also enough lettuce on the sandwich to make 2 salads and raw bacon to go along with it, if it was up to me they wouldn't even get a one star rating but I had to choose one also they could have just reheated the food and give it back it would have been better than then just throwing it away and wasting food!!

Be aware the price is only good if you have a sheetz card. They will not ask you if you have a card. So if you don't usually go here and don't know how things work you will pay more than you are prepared to pay. I gave my daughter up to pay when she gave me my change it was less than it should have been. They didn't give her a reseat. When I went back up to ask why it was more than posted he said that we had to have as sheetz card. And he could not fix it. I don't know if I will go back to another sheetz after this.

My wife n I purchased a drink that was purchased at Sheetz. Taking a quick break from working for Uber Eats. Then Sheetz Security over PA told us to leave or they would call the law, claiming we were loitering, we weren't. I am very appalled at this behavior by Sheetz towards us. We have been faithful customers...never again.Shame on you Sheetz!

My experience tonight was not what I had grown to expect from Sheetz. Usually the store is very well kept and the employees are very kind. However, tonight was not the case. I had ordered a BLT combo on the screen, which said included a drink of any size. When I went to pay for the combo, they tried to charge me for the drink when it said on the screen it came with a drink. The man who was in charge clearly doesn't have very great customer service as he got an attitude with me when I stated the drink was supposed to come with the combo. He said I "pressed the button without a drink" but I did not see an option of buttons. It took me straight to the completion screen so I asked him to show me where it supposed to be included or the button to include the drink and he refused stating he was going to call the cops if I didn't keave. I'm pretty sure Sheetz doesn't allow such negative behavior from their employees and I will be journeying back when the general manager is there. I've never had any issues with Sheetz and have used them for a year now. This was my favorite convenience store but now I believe I will take my business elsewhere during the mans shift as i now feel uncomfortable with even going back due to unnecessary threatening and refusing to assist me with the kiosk.

We are huge Sheetz fans already but recently realized the Dole whip offered at select Sheetz locations has somewhat of a following. Based on what we were hearing, we knew we needed to check it out. My wife told me she thought there was some connection with Disneyland or Disney World and the Dole whip they served. We still need to research this, we are unsure if there is a connection. Today we were traveling from Winston-Salem to Asheville and decided we should find some Dole whip. We were passing through Hickory and my wife said we should look on our Sheetz app and begin calling them to inquire about whether or not they had a whip machine since we didn't want to take the time to visit multiple stores. We got lucky and the first location we called confirmed they had a whip machine, so we quickly reset our route to stop in. This location is very convenient to I-40 and we stepped inside and got busy making our whip. We proceeded to the cashier and didn't know if they charge by weight or not but were shocked when the cashier told us they only charge 99 cents per dish! Wow, what a deal. The Dole whip was very smooth and refreshing and we will absolutely be stopping in to grab whip, especially during the summer. It would absolutely hit the spot on a hot summer day. Another reason to love Sheetz!

On our way to take care of some business, had to stop and refuel our bodies. If you have never been to a SHEETZ, you are missing out!! Their breakfast is made to order and they have a large selection of breakfast food/drinks as well as convenience items.This BEC Bagel sandwich and the breakfast quesadilla hit the spot. The Bagel was SO SOFT and this was a solid 8/10 as bagel sandwiches go, and I know my bagel sandwiches. The quesadilla was hot, full of goodies and extremely crispy. The hashbrowns are solid and have good flavor (including some sort of green herb/veg used which added more flavor for sure).The coffee drinks were OK but we still prefer Dunkin or QT coffee drinks but they aren't bad. Maybe it is the lack of flavor options or just the type of coffee they use, but they are still good. 100% worth a try if you are near one.Store was well kept and clean, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Very friendly staff and self checkout if ya need it.

The station is great but the management is garbage they make backwards comments to employees, are extremely rude and don't listen to availability, and got mad at an employee for having to leave by an ambulance
