I work in the service department at New South Tractor, and Barry Shaw has always been helpful and kind when I have questions. As someone who has first hand experience handling service calls and assisting customer, we could use more people like him. You don't find people willing to help often anymore, but he's old school.

Not going to lie, I had very high expectations when we switched over to Sharp and they were hands down met. We did have some issues connecting the new printers in the parts department, but Barry did not quit until he found out a solution. Really glad we went with you guys, and I'm sure we'll be customers for a very long time. Appreciate it!
