Being a male I don't go in this store often, maybe 3 times. Each time the girls working were very smug and short when I ask a question. No attempt to offer other products. No thank you, have a nice day, goodbye. Took my money and said nothing.

I went here today not expecting to purchase anything. Venus, with the purple hair, seemed like she knew ALOT! So I came at her with some hair questions for my daughters sake. She definitely knew what she was talking about. 5 items later and me and my daughter are as happy as can be. 4 hair products that make us both extremely happy, and to make my daughter happy when it comes to her hair, well thats a hard thing to do. Also got a lotion for us a both. But let me tell you this. None of the products have aloe, which my daughter is allergic to. Nothing is a heavy weighted product, which made us happy. The scent of all the products were light but just so Dreamy. And lotion oh lotion, it was not heavy on the skin, not oily at at, the scent was amazing. There was so much stuff there. I just wanted to buy it all. I will definitely be back for sure. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Way to go Venus. You absolutely rock.

Keesha, the Assistant Manager, was more than helpful in picking out the correct color, hair treatments, and supplies. She really knows the products and was quick to point me in the right direction. Plus it doesn't hurt that she is super sweet and easy to talk to you. I will definitely be back to see her!

I don't usually come to Sally's for my cosmetic needs but needed some last minute things and didn't know which color would match my jersey best. Associate Seb was incredibly helpful and took the time to show me individual colors and how they actually look once processed. I took Seb's recommendation and love the color they helped me pick.

The young little chic helped my granddaughter get the right dye for her LOOOONNG straight hair and she helped me get the right shampoo and conditioner!!! She was so sweet and knowledgable!!!

Great employees, bad management. Was helped by a very sweet cashier and while she was helping us an older lady walked up to the counter and the employee was reprimanded by her who I assumed was her manager (who was maybe three feet from her with no mask on, short hair, glasses) in front of all of us that "leaving a customer wasn't okay and not to ever let it happen again." First, she was in the middle of helping us and reprimanding an employee in front of multiple guests is SO unprofessional. Very sad to see when the employees are so friendly. Hope it gets better.

I can't say enough about how helpful and kind the employees are at this store! I have never stepped into a Sally's anywhere else and been treated better! From one coast to the other! I've been to many Sally's over the years in several different states. The customer service doesn't compare to this store! They will completely answer your questions. They clearly have extensive knowledge of the products. I knew what I was getting before I went in and I had an idea of how much it would cost. The two employees working both sold me several better and more expensive products. They explained to me in detail why I needed these products instead. I definitely spent more than I planned on but my hair also came out so much better! Best of all it is healthier than if I had chosen the other products I had planned on purchasing!!!

Please teach your employees to learn about unsing the right pronouns and respect people. One of your employees called me sir, he and him pronouns. IM NOT A MAN, i have a deep voice.I feel humiliated.

There was some ladies shopping and the worker constantly followed them me and my wife and one other lady every step we went one of the ladies asked her why she was all on her back she tried to say that she was just stalking the shelves but we clearly watched her watch in the little nearest on the ceiling then she walks over watches us and the other customers goes around to the register and quietly whispers to the other worker then comes back talking about one of the ladies accusing her of stealing and filling her pocketbook up with stuff when she clearly done none of that I know as a eyewitness the lady did not steal anything what Sally needs to realize is that lady was about to spend a pretty good amount of money with them but due to they're like over respect for their customers they lost me my wife and the other three ladies so put together the amount of money they just lost over falsely accusing our customer. Sally's I hope you get your standards and employees on track if not y'all will be out of business before you know it thank you and have a great day...

I’m new to the hickory area and I must say that this is the biggest and best Sally’s I have ever been too ! The customer service is amazing . I came in yesterday at around two o’clock to look for some natural hair products . They have a pretty good variety of different types of hair products for my hair . I needed help since I’m transitioning from being natural . The ethnic assistant manager was indeed very nice and professional ! . She not only showed me what would be best for my natural hair , but also helped me pick out a flat iron too on the days that I didn’t want to wear my curls . I actually forgot my mask in my car and the associates offered me one , which is great because it protects myself and others around me durning these hard times . I will most defiantly be back at this store . All of the associates greeted me when walking in the store . Also told me about there promotions that I didn’t even know they had , which made me more interested . Thank you again to the ethnic manager for helping me with my natural hair . If it wasn’t for your recommendations I wouldn’t know what to get !

The black girl that works in here has a terrible attitude every single time I visit this location. A mutual friend even mentioned the same thing after coming there.
