Refused to install aftermarket exhaust on my car stating they couldn’t warranty the work because they were tired of “getting bitten in the a** by customers”. I don’t care about a warranty. I just wanted my exhaust installed and honestly if you do it correctly why would I even need a warranty on your work? It’s just an exhaust… this leaves a customer with no options to get parts installed on their car after they’ve been purchased. I completely understand this tactic when applied to bigger jobs like Replacing a motor or transmission, but an exhaust system come now.
