They were extremely friendly helpful. Listened to what I wanted, needed and they stuck within the budget I needed. Yonga was amazing walking me through each process and making sure I was comfortable and loved my car. She made sure I knew all my options, even showed me ones that I didn't see and even went over some of the specs. Very professional, positive friendly and showed the kind of care that you would have for a friend. Like my own friend recommended me, I highly recommend Randy Marion.

Yonga is a really friendly person and helped me on my first time buying a car. Made it easy and did all the heavy lifting. I would highly recommend this place and her?
Update: My car got trashed by a drunk driver and Yonga and team did everything to help me out and get me rolling again. I really appreciate that and then for everything they did for me.

I went into randy Marion and Ms Yong was extremely helpful and very sweet , we had a few obstacles with insurance be she was able to "jump through the hoops" and get everything taken care of. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend to all my friends

If I could give a zero or negative I would. I literally had to ask 4 times for a key to test drive a car. There were 3 gentlemen standing around doing nothing. The customer service was poor. Had a similar experience at the Randy Morrison Cadillac dealership. I would not ever buy a car or truck from this company. Leadership comes from the top down
It is quite clear to me that this company cares nothing for customer service or care. By the way, had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment for a warranty issue, and this was not due to parts. I will very happily shop stand purchase my next vehicle from the competitors.

Excellent service. Ashley kept me updated on my vehicle service, parts were needed to be ordered. We were given a loaner vehicle which was helpful in allowing my wife to go to work. I also want to thank the repair technician who did the actual repair I don’t have that persons name.

They let my wife and daughter test drive a used car that clearly wasnt inspected and needed some serious brake work like in excessof $900. While on a test drive they took it to our local mechanic and discovered multiple issues. The salesman apparently repeatedly tried to get her to shake his hand for a deal. She was aware that in most states a hand shake is a legally binding contract. Its sad when someone is so hungry for a payday that safety isnt a concern. We bought a car elsewhere from a reputable dealer. Good luck of if you go there. And always have a private mechanic check it out for you and never shake anyone's hand after you initially meet them while car shopping.

It took more than six weeks to schedule repairs due to lack of loaner cars. Hopefully you have that problem behind you.
It was very disappointing to pick up a loaner car on empty! It was even in the red.
