My daughter’s car was totaled in an accident in Charlotte in early December. Having shopped on FB Marketplace for cars in the past, I set out to help her find a replacement as we worked through insurance claims. A good friend recommended this dealership, and after a phone call to Alan, a car was going to be available within a week in her price range. My daughter has disabilities, and was recovering from injuries sustained in the accident. We made an appointment and met one of the owners, Bo, and Alan. Immediately, we knew we were with people we could trust. On the day we were ready to make the purchase, Alan said he heard a sound in the engine that he wanted to check out. His mechanic tested it and encouraged my daughter to take the car, drive it a week, and return it for repair if the sound continued. It did indeed, and today we picked up the car from the dealership. They stood behind the vehicle and put in a complete transmission - at their cost! When we thanked Alan, he answered, “It’s the right thing to do.” I highly recommend S & S Remarketing for not only finding a good used car but also for the integrity they exhibit. They wanted to make sure our daughter was driving a safe, durable car. She and her husband love their Camry! Thank you, Bo and Alan!

I’ve recently bought a car from S&S and I have to say they are the nicest, most reasonable people I’ve ever met at a car place. My vehicle I purchased had a couple minor issues and they fixed it for me no questions asked. One of the best used car lots I’ve ever bought from! Thank y’all so much!

I bought a car from them and at first the car was great but not even 24 hours of having it I had to get it towed and now 2 days without a car cause I have it in the shop. I told him when I was looking at cars that I had 2 kids a 2yr old and 8 yr old so I need something very dependable and he said the car I bought was a great car. But now I have no car its like as if he had it were it would run fine for a test drive and drive home and then mess up. I could have found a reliable car instead of a messed up one. ive already had to put $300 just in parts to fix the car and still can't get it started
