As a basketball junkie, I've been searching all over town for something from the 2022 Women's Final Four in Minneapolis. Pro Image Sports at Mall of America had the best tee shirt anywhere and the price was great at $28. Later, I checked out the official NCAA stores at the Convention Center and Target Center, but what I found at those outlets was very expensive and nothing out of the ordinary. Pro Images is the best!

Do not buy from this store!! My son got a stocking cap as a gift which was almost identical to one he already had. Unfortunately the cap did not have a gift receipt with it so they refused to take it back. Couldn’t even get in store credit for it. Won’t shop at this store. Buyers beware!!!

I emailed to return an item and got a pretty quick response on directions to send it back. I replied back with my tracking information. Once I tracked that it had been delivered I emailed to let them know it had been delivered, and I have continued to let them know it has been delivered, but I have not had any response. When I was told where to send the return I was asked to leave a note with my name, order #, and to mention it was a return. I printed out a copy of the email requesting that information, a copy of my invoice, and another paper with just name and contact information, order #, and Return. I wanted to make sure all my bases were covered. I emailed 1/8, 1/13, 1/15, and 1/18. No response.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not tell you their new “return policy” at the point of sale and then refuse to help you. Terrible customer service and unhelpful. They won’t return anything because of “COVID” when I can literally return make-up or clothes to any other store. We did not want the shirt we bought it was a gift for someone. We would have gladly come back for a future item but we will never shop here again. You can find any of their items cheaper on Amazon or Nike. Do not shop here. We will never shop here agan and will tell others to do the same

It's a nice lil spot that has a nice variety of sports apparel. If you like jerseys and hats. This is the place to be. Their prices are decent too.. I'm a fan!! Hope they open up a location in Nashville Tn or close by like Antioch, The Gulch, Franklin or Bentwood area.

Took my Christmas gift returns back, (needed the $ badly) had the receipt but because purchased with a card, couldn't receive a refund. I explained to the Asst Mgr, my situation but he wouldn't budge. No heart!!! Will never, ever get any business or referrals from me. Obviously care about only one thing.
