“I would like to recognize Amy & Dani at the Hickory NC store. Both of these ladies were not just friendly and knowledgeable but so patient with helping me in the print center. I was having a difficult time trying to design a flyer. I am not the most computer savvy, and I found myself getting very frustrated and aggravated that I could not complete the task that I was working on, not only were they able to help me with an amazing product, but they also were so great at multitasking and helping other customers so efficiently. I have been a retail manager and I know most customers only complain or try to get something for free but I am just the opposite. I wanna make sure that they are acknowledged for their customer service and skills and product knowledge. The teamwork at this store location is what most managers dream of having, every team member on duty was there to help assist each other and the customers. Congratulations guys for a job well done.”

“FIRST of all... ALL these people complaining about the employee not wearing his mask as an offense to them.. GEEZ, get a life... as long as YOU have your mask on, you are protected!! Unfortunately, the employee who doesn't wear a mask is unprotected.. his loss, NOT yours!! Not once, since I've been a customer in this store have I had an issue with Customer Service, everyone is personable and very helpful!”
