Kudos to Neal Carter and Landon Day !! I called on the morning of 8/16 knowing I needed a new gas water heater. They came right out and installed a new one...the same day!! What great service! They were friendly, professional and had the tank installed in no time. Please give them a big thank you for me!!! Thanks for great service PNG!

It seems that because a gas line was damaged in town Piedmont natural gas can come turn your gas off but you have to ask them to come out and turn it back on.I'd like to know why after they turn it off they have to "be asked" to come back knowing full well you heat your water with it. That's the second time thats happened so I'd like a response
