“Very nice staff. They take great care of the animals by, microchip, spayed or neutered. All the dogs cages were cleaned, pets looked well bathed & groomed. When you pick up your pet it is a nice transition. I didn't have any problems.”

“We love this part store. They have a multitude of pet supplies that any pet would love to have. Their prices are very reasonable. We usually buy from chewy and pay $91 a bag and when we buy the same bag here it's just a little more at $96 a bag. But sometimes I can't wait in chewy so I have to pay the extra. That's the only thing I wish they would do is price match. If they would price match I would buy here every week because we have 4 cats and 4 pit bills and we're always needing something. But it's a great pet supply store. I give it a 9.5/10! Will definitely be back!”

“This is the best PetSmart I've ever been to. The employees there were so sweet and loving. I had a situation where we moved 1500 miles away from home and our pet rat wasn't supposed to come with us because he was a little old man, 3 years old. I honestly didn't think he'd survive the trip but our little Luca did and he did amazing. Long story short I left his cage behind and stopped here to see what they had for cages for him since he was traveling in a traveling cage when he wasn't being held. FYI he was held 75 percent of the trip.I went into this PetSmart looking for a cage for Luca. A gentleman greeted me at the door and I told him my situation. He loved up on Luca and got some Luca kisses and love and he loved up on Luca in return. He fell in love in with him and had to find his coworkers to meet Luca. Needless to say they all fell in love with him and Luca was happy to give his Luca kisses and love away in return. I was standing in the middle of the store bawling my eyes out because this move had cost me more than expected and I didn't have the money to spend on a cage that he needed at that point in time. I begged him to please take my Luca home and love him like we do until his life is over. He's 3yrs old and an albino rat so he's lived beyond his life span already and I only expected him to live a couple more months.These guys bent over backwards to help me get Luca into a bigger cage for when we got to our destination! They ended up finding me a cage that worked for him and he was comfortable in until I got us settled into our place. Y'all I'm a grown woman standing in the middle of PetSmart bawling my eyes out and these guys bent over backwards to help me, and they did. I've never been to a pet store where any employee is as passionate about helping animals or their mom's and dad's as this PetSmart. I highly recommend this place not only because of my experience and the employees, but because the place is clean, well organized, and spacious. The employees are also very knowledgeable about their products and pets. I can't wait for the chance to go back to this PetSmart and shop there again and personally thank the employees for their dedication and help. Our sweet little Luca ended up living to be 4 years old and lived another 8 months. Thank you to the kind hearted man and ladies that helped me out that night. Your love will be remembered for a very long time. Continue being the awesome people and animal lovers you guys are!”

“I have a very aggressive dog, but Katrina is always willing to take him, we go very early and she's there waiting on him. He's got to where he knows her now so doesn't mind the attention he gets from her. Katrina is excellent with my dog.”
