“I go into this store quite often. When I do go I make sure to see either Angie or Brandon. THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO! When we go in and see the blonde headed woman working and one of the others is busy, we wait for someone else to help us. The blonde head doesn't know a whole lot and always as to ask Angie or Brandon questions about a sale or product. When we want to look at something behind the counter she turns the other way. But when you want to look at some jewelry she runs to try and help. Plus, she is always rude and hateful. When picking up something out of pawn. Check it and make sure it is yours. She tried giving another customer someone else's merchandise when I was in the store one day. And she laughed about it. In my opinion she is not very professional. How are you gonna just laugh when you just tried giving someone somebody else's things. Oh, did I mention that it was a firearm that this happened with. She needs to pay more attention to what she is doing when someone is trying to pick up their belongings.”
