To preface, I am a natural born female disabled veteran. I called this "business" to get a quote. After the phone rang for a while, I was expecting to get the voicemail. When he finally answered, he sounded annoyed and angry. I asked if this was Nica's Auto Repair. From there, he accused me of being a scammer. I tried again to confirm the place of business. Instead of an answer, he questioned my gender when I corrected him calling me sir, he laughed and cursed at me and then hung up the phone. And upon looking at his bot reviews I see why. I don't believe this is a real and legitimate business and I will leave it at that. Do not patronize "businesses" like these, they don't deserve your money. Go anywhere else.

Was very friendly and sounded very knowledgeable, however, dropped my car off at 10 am, he stated it would be ready by seven . He confirmed that the brakes, rotors, windshield wiper motor, O2 censor, and radiator flush would be doable, however, when I spoke to him prior to picking the car up at 5:45, he stated that only the brakes a rotors were done due to him feeling under pressure , having inspections done on other cars, and being rushed. That was honestly very unprofessional, because if he would have stated he could only do part of the job prior, I would have went elsewhere where all could be done at once. Instead he decided to do what he wanted to make a quick 200 bucks, and sent me on my way. His actions were definitely bad for business. I highly would not recommend, not sure how he recieved such great reviews, but mine is honestly the truth, and I will get my car fixed up north from a trusted mechanic where I'm from before I let another north Carolinian thirst bucket run game on me.

He knew what was wrong with my car without even looking at it, but I ran the codes showed him and he also let me order my parts to save me alot of money which was nice. Even worked on the day off it says for the shop, only was in his shop about a day. Highly recommend to anyone.

Installed two new fully assembled rear hubs with new wheel bearings, as well as, front and rear pads and rotors. Did an incredible job to my Infiniti and even fixed my park brake cable. Recommend for sure
