At Molly Malone’s they only allow exchanges, which is fine. I had bought a sweater from the MM in Mooresville on a day they had 25% off almost the whole store except for new items. I went back and exchanged it for a different sweater with no problem. I have been working in hickory and the new sweater didn’t work out so I went to exchange it there. They told me I couldn’t exchanged it because it was a final sale item even though it wasn’t on the clearance rack. I understand if I wanted a refund but I was going to buy something else. To me that’s poor customer service.

Today I was helped by Anna and Kyle for a great shopping experience. The craziness of Black Friday did not affect their friendliness or customer service. I left an item behind the counter and forgot about it when checking out. When I called back a bit later, they had held onto it for me and I was able to come back and purchase. So kind!

Desaree, Peyton, and Anna were SO helpful and sweet! I didn’t think I was going to spend much money, but they all found super cute outfits that look great and go with my personality! Couldn’t ask for a better staff and will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!!!

Blocked on tiktok after voicing my opinion of this boutique making a tiktok mocking those that could not afford the products that they are selling. Sad that they said it was “trendy” to make fun of those that cannot shop there.Edit: calling out another business that has nothing to do with you posting a tiktok mocking and looking down upon others that cannot afford your clothing is “immature”. Especially, assuming I’m a robot that cannot answer for myself. Your reply trying to pin MY opinion on another shows how your petty and poorly this place is ran. “Makes you all look bad” Also stating “you have caused drama” must be referring to someone else that you have beef with due to the fact I have no clue who you are. Nor have I ever spoken with or about this place. All I have done is spoken my opinion about a tiktok that I felt was wrong.

I just became a first time customer at your BEAUTIFUL boutique! Amazed, inspired and awwwed are my first impressions! I don’t believe there is enough time in a day to look at all of the beautiful things you sell. A true boutique! Your store is classy, clean and chic! Erin was so admiring! She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so friendly, she made my first experience memorable. Not many people realize that stores like yours are the places to shop! Great quality and great customer service! The quality in everything is amazing and there is so much style to it all! I’m so glad I stopped in today! I look forward to coming in again for more purchases!

Do NOT shop for gifts at this boutique!!!!! I purchased earrings for my daughter and noticed after purchase they they were damaged (stem was bent and back was missing). I was given a store credit; however, my daughter lives in VA. How is she going to shop for another pair of earrings? There isn't a store in VA!!!!!! Of course the pretty styles are SOLD OUT and who knows when they will be re-stocked!?! What's wrong with a $15 refund?? I mean really!!!!

I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at your new location in Hickory today. The girls working there were friendly and helpful. The selection was awesome, there were many sizes to choose from, and the decor was cozy and chic. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be a return customer!

I've enjoyed shopping at Molly Malone's since they opened in Hickory years ago! They always have on-trend clothes and accessories. Their new live sale format on Facebook has been very enjoyable and addictive! With their multiple locations, the sales staff is able to track down a size or color for you while your shopping - super considerate for a boutique! Highly recommend!

I have bought many items from this boutique, the customer service varies from good to very bad. I try not to hold that against the boutique itself because every sales person does not have the same level of customer service but today will be my last day in this boutique due to their terrible return policy. I bought an item right before the COVID-19 shut down so of course I could not return it within the seven day return policy that they have in place. Seven day return policy I think is ridiculous anyway especially for people that may be from out of town. I pointed that out to the sales person working today and because they have been open for over two weeks since the shut down she said they couldn't return it. I have looked several times to see if they were open since shut down and today was the first time I saw them open. So if they are willing to lose a customer over a $20 shirt when I was prepared purchase 4 other ones and a dress then so be it .....I'm done with them! They get a -5 stars from this customer! To be clear I don't hold the sales person responsible, I hold the person whom she called on the phone to ask about that exchange responsible and I'm assuming that was her manager. I think most Retailers have been very flexible with exchanges and the time frame of exchanges due to Covid 19 pandemic shut down. Had she cited the reason she couldn't take the return back was because of COVID-19 and I may have reacted differently but that wasn't the reason I was given.
