“I was incredibly happy when I left the CPR store today! I am so impressed with this place! Would highly recommend!
Last week I was not very happy with the fruity producer of my ridiculously expensive 12.9 in 2021 “pro” tablet. I was hoping for the price I paid that it would last for a long time. My electronic devices have all been well cared for, and especially this one, and never forcefully plugged in my tablet. This did not stop my usb-c port from becoming a useless hole that wouldn’t charge the tablet anymore. My biggest disappointment was learning that there is no fix through the fruity tablet producer. They wanted me to buy a new one. After talking with a coworker who had had some repairs done at CPR on his kids tablets I decided to reach out to CPR and see if they could help me with mine. So I went to the store to find out if they would even attempt to fix it. Gio, who greeted me at the front counter, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at the counter letting me know of the risks and problems that they might run into trying to do the repair of the usb port. I took the risk…and I’m so thankful that I did. Now I’m sitting here typing this review on my once again charging tablet!
Thank you so much Gio, and whoever may have had their hands on it, for your hard and meticulous work repairing my tablet! It is so nice use it once more and I’m so happy that I didn’t have to purchase a new one! Great job!”

“Power button on my metro pcs phone was broken and I couldn't get the phone on. Didn't catch her name but the younger woman with long hair was extremely sweet and attentive. She understood my issue and told me what she would do if it was her. I then asked her about their plans as I plan on switching to them when I am through with Metro. She was able to tell me everything I needed to know about a plan that would fit my needs and budget. Very knowledgeable, sweet and empathetic!”

“Gas is always a good bit cheaper here than the surrounding area. By 10 to 20 cents. Not many snack options inside and compared to the raceway close by they are not as cheap on the snacks and drinks inside.”
“Stopped by to have my fix Apple Watch this past Saturday because it wasn’t working with my cell and Myles was wonderful! He was so kind, professional, and way more patient than I was. The floor was busy when I got there but the whole team was acknowledging and taking care of everyone that walked in and that called. “We have used cricket for over 13 years and we love them. They have great service and really reasonable prices. Everytime we go to this Cricket store, they always treat us with the upmost respect. They always give us a discount on cases and phones and that really helps out when you're buying 4 phones at a time. That's the only down side with them is that you have to buy your phone outright before you can start a plan rather than financing it through your carrier. But luckily my family aren't really rough on their phones, so they last them about 2 years. I go through a phone a year because of my work. Great phone carrier for the price and service.”
“I was in route to Metro in Hickory NC they had a great deal on the IPhone 12’s. Then I seen the Carolina wireless sign stating free iPhone 15. I walked in with no phone because I lost mine at work and walked out with a 15 plus! Candace assisted me in finding my treasure. She has a great knowledge of the phones as she guided me to the phone that fit me best. Thank you Candace and Carolina wireless! Y’all were awesome!!!”
“We will always give this Boost Store high marks. The lady that runs the store oñ Springs Road has a vast network of people to help you with about any problem you might have with your phone. They're good, friendly, and courteous service. We bought some phones a year ago here, and they worked good up until recently, when we had a SIM card issue with one. We brought the phone in, and she very quickly checked the SIM card and called her network of people and got it worked out, and replaced it very quickly. Thank you for your fast and timely service.”
“Have had service for 18 years and 95 percent has been great. The only 2 things I do not like is the policy changed making each phone (on same account) must be paid on same date. Never received credit for 8 days left over on one line when policy changed. Also think it is terrible policy to charge your customers a $5 fee if they pay their bill in store. Recently I was unable to pay bill by dialing 611 because I got message saying "cellular service not available". I use my phone throughout the day, everyday, and I had to take time out of work to go to the physical store to pay bill and then charged $5 for paying in store. Terrible way to treat customers in my opinion.”
“The store on hwy 70 in Hickory has always been very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Had issues with a Sim card, and they resolved the problem quickly. Very knowledgeable on cell phone issues. Oh, and did I mention? I think boost has the best plan around.”
“In my own opinion - with having worked for Verizon for over a year, they provide excellent employee perks and benefits. Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”

“I had a crazy incident happen where my phone unexpectedly stopped working and had to get a replacement. Tre worked with me through the whole process and was very kind, helpful, and informative. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted with the new phone, and got the best deal. He made the best out of a not so great situation! I would highly recommend this Verizon location and Tre as a representative!”
