There were 2 women there when I went in, to my understanding one of them was new. The new girl was especially nice and understanding, obviously didn't have the knowledge that an experienced employee would have but she definitely helped to her best ability. Her coworker, however, was not attentive. Personally if I was working with a newer person I'd be engaging with their customer as well just to ensure everything was done correctly and to give extra knowledge when needed..which she did not. Never gave the newer girl the number to tech support so I walked away with no help or any knowledge of where to get help. Had a better experience at t mobile. To that coworker...you should pay more attention when working with newer people and try to help. She didnt help unless she was asked and still had an attitude.

Went there for new service a couple months ago. The rep automatically added insurance on my new iPhone which I don’t need as I get insurance through Apple. She also automatically signed me up for the most expensive phone stating if I wanted the deal on the phone I had to get the 65$ a month plan but could change it later. Went home and tried to order the same phone with the 40$ plan and no insurance and lo and behold it would let me order it. So I called metro customer service they credited my account for the insurance part. But couldn’t help with the other 25$ I was over charged for the 65$ plan. I also had approval at the time with the ACP program with my approval number. She ignored that and I asked her to process it. She went through some motions and I gave her the info from the ACP program and wouldn’t you know she never processed it. No email no contact about it. Won’t be going back to the store for service. If I stay with them after the phone unlocks from metro.

Can't answer the phone 3 days in a row. I walked in the other day and the employee wasn't doing anything as the phone was ringing. This is Ridiculous!
