Paul was so professional and courteous in working with us to pick out our new mattress. He spent all the time I wanted and answered all questions I had about all the different options. He asked us a lot of questions about our issues and needs. You could tell he had been trained on the products and how to match them wiyh our needs. He was not pushy in any way. He gave us options and gave each ones pro and con.the company has great technology that helps to match you with the perfect mattress. Met with Paul & explained what price range and items i needed. He was fantastic and worked with me (no high pressure). Purchase was stress free, he answered all my questions. Very pleased with the mattress, box spring & frame.

He was very thorough. He let us try. All kinds of Bed told us which ones that he thought were the tops and he let us pick whatever when we wanted did not force us to buy anything and did not pressures to buy the most expensive bed he wanted us to try them all to see which one fitted us. I really appreciate him.

Katrina was an absolute joy throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Katrina and the Mattress firm in Hickory, NC. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and received the best help you could ask for. Katrina is very knowledgeable and we learned a ton about mattresses. Katrina showed us everything we needed to know on our new tempur ergo and mattress. I was also very impressed to get a phone call from Katrina to follow up on our delivery and set up. My sister is having surgery in May so we were just going to get a new mattress b/c she will be unable to walk for a minimum of 2 weeks. The amazing store manager, Witt, sold us an adjustable platform, a new mattress, and an amazing pillow for my moms back issues. Was the nicest salesman I have ever met and got everything for an AMAZING price!!! 5 stars!!!

Our experience at Mattress Firm was a good one. Chris was a good sales person and gave us a few options in the price range requested. My Mom was able to try out the mattresses and make her decision easily. Overall it was a decent experience with and exceptional sales person.
