We purchased a home in Hickory NC. Lowes had completely demo'd the kitchen and replace cabinets, flooring, countertops, backsplash and appliances for the previous owners. The install is a mess. The subfloor was never screwed or stapled down so it was always moving. The cabinet over the microwave does not allow for the microwave to vent therfore we can't use the microwave because it could be a fire Hazzard. The microwave was also put on the same circuit as the pump for out irrigation system. Several of the cabinets rub on others when opened. We had to call a contractor to properly install the ice maker and reverse the handles on the fridge/freezer as they were on backwards. We've tried to get the store to make these changes but we have been blown off by assistant mgr Kyle, Eric won't return our calls, Tom is never in. We understand that Lowe's uses all subcontractors but Lowe's accepted all of the payment so shouldn't they have a responsibility? We didn't want to post negative comments and we told the employees that in person but they left us no choice. We will keep posting and reach out to channel 9 to see if we can get some help. We were very good customers of Lowe's over the years and now we can't even bring ourselves to walk in the door. Shame on you Lowe's Home Improvement.

Great customer service, clean parking lot, clean bathrooms, and a great selection of items. The store is not crowded like a lot of them are, and the employees are incredibly helpful with my questions.

Warning !!! Do NOT order online and pay with PayPal Lowe's charged my bank account twice and denied it It caused my account to over draw funny thing is they had to charge my account 7 times to get the right amount to equal $285.14 $263 $7 $7 $13 $4 $0.13 $ 0.01 =285.14 My original order was $291.05 what they did was instead of refunding me the $6 roll of tape. They decided to charge my account again . Do the math $576.19. So all week I can't use my ATM card until it falls off my account witch takes 5 business days The Store Manager SEAN was more interested in trying to find a way out of it asking if I had any other proof I had other than my bank account app that shows all 8 CHARGES 4 of them I'm charged $35 each totaling $140.00 Sean need to take classes in customer care and not come in late from lunch !
