Stephanie that is an employee there is very rude and disrespectful. She has rude comments and rolls her eyes at the other employees when you are returning an item. IIt is company policy that a customer is welcome to return online merchandise to that location.

Been a while since been in Kirkland's probably be a good while before I go back. Lady said they so much off this and that. Discounts on items Thur the store. Told wife needed to go before had I had a stroke. The mall it was in has lost a lot of stores but no wander the prices that I was seeing would make a body want to run out of the mall in a hurry

I absolutely love this store. They have an excellent selection of product to chose from and it's at a reasonable price.. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and is conveniently located on the lower(1st floor) of the mall. They have plenty of parking with easy access to the store. I highly recommend this business.. I will be back.
