I have a lawn service in 18 months ago purchased a new ferris 500 s and had nothing but trouble from the time I brought it home so it let me down about 2 weeks ago and had to have a carburetor put on it so I went to Killian's and bought the best more I've ever had I bought a Toro 2000 and I really love that more it does more than the job it's supposed to do thank you Sharon and Jennifer at Killian's

Bought a 50" Toro Timecutter, great mower! Staff was wonderful, showed us all the different options and educated us on the machine. They were not pushy and did not try to talk us into anything we did not need. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new mower to stop in and check them out.

Just got home from having my propane tank filled at Killians. I have been doing business with them for almost 25 years (bought several mowers and power tools from them). I'm not going to put the name of the owner that was at the register in this review. Suffice it to say I was treated real hateful and condescended to. The other owner who was not there, is wonderful and has always thanked me for my business. I will not be back there until the hateful one retires. Darn shame since the business is 5 minutes from my house.

If you ever need a mower, outdoor tools or have any questions about either Killians is the place you need to go to. The workers at Killians were amazing, so helpful and welcoming and it's doesn't hurt that they stock about every mower and outdoor tool you can think of. Peter, one of the workers there helped us find the perfect mower in our price range and was very honest and thoughtful when looking at all the other mowers with us. When we got home with the mower we had some questions about it and Peter personally came over after work to come check it out and explained everything we needed to know about it. If you wouldn't call that excellent customer service then I don't know what is!

I purchased an Item from them last year. I don't have my receipt anymore but surely during the sales transaction when the employees ask you for your name, address, and number they would have your record of when you purchased their item. Even if it was a cash payment, they would have record of it. But during the phone call with one of the lady, apparently my purchase history doesn't matter to them bc they cant find my purchase anywhere in their system. So I ask why, why do you guys even have my information in your system in the first place if I've never purchased anything with you guys? Questionable system you guys have going on.
